تسعى شركة Vanderlande، الرائدة في تقديم حلول مبتكرة وعالية الأداء لمطارات العالم، إلى توظيف مسؤول صحة وسلامة وبيئة (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بالمنظمة بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات القانونية ومتطلبات العميل.
  • دعم المشاريع من خلال دمج معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر جميع العمليات.
  • ضمان دقة تقارير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للوفاء بالتزامات العميل والقانونية والتعاقدية.
  • إجراء التفتيش على مواقع العمل وضمان تحقيق أهداف الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بشكل استباقي.
  • المساعدة في تحقيقات الحوادث والإصابات، وتقييم المخاطر، والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • إعداد التقارير والنشرات والاتصالات المتعلقة بالسلامة لإبقاء الموظفين على اطلاع وتفاعل.
  • تحديد المخاطر، والتوصية بالإجراءات الوقائية، وتقديم التوجيه الميداني حول الممارسات الآمنة.
  • تفتيش مرافق المقاولين من الباطن والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية لضمان الامتثال.
  • تقديم دورات تدريبية منتظمة في السلامة، ومحاضرات أدوات السلامة، وبرامج التهيئة.
  • المشاركة في عمليات تدقيق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الداخلية والخارجية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتفتيش والحوادث والتدريب.
  • إدارة البيانات البيئية (النفايات والوقود والمياه وإعادة التدوير) بالتنسيق مع اللوجستيات.
  • تنظيم وصيانة السجلات الرقمية للسلامة لضمان سهولة الوصول والامتثال.
  • تحليل اتجاهات السلامة باستخدام MS Office وPower BI، وإعداد لوحات البيانات والتقارير للإدارة.
  • الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات للدروس المستفادة لدعم تبادل المعرفة والوقاية.
  • مراجعة خطط السلامة وإجراءات العمل والوثائق لضمان الامتثال والدقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة أو دبلوم في السلامة أو الصحة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمسؤول صحة وسلامة وبيئة في قطاع النفط والغاز أو المشاريع الصناعية أو بيئات التشغيل والصيانة.
  • شهادة NEBOSH IGC (إلزامية).
  • فهم قوي للمواد الخطرة والممارسات الآمنة والمتطلبات القانونية.
  • خبرة في إعداد تقارير السلامة التفصيلية وعمليات التدقيق والسياسات.
  • قدرة مثبتة على إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش في مواقع العمل.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية مع خبرة في تحليل البيانات وإحصائيات السلامة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والاجتهاد.
  • مهارات اتصال وعرض تقديمي قوية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة متقدمة في استخدام MS Office (Excel وPowerPoint وWord) وSharePoint وPower BI.
  • القدرة على تحويل البيانات إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ تدعم السلامة والامتثال.

We are seeking a tech-savvy and motivated HSE Officer (Saudi National) to join our EHS team in Riyadh, Saudi. This role combines strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) knowledge with advanced computer skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Power BI, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that support safety and compliance.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Implement the organization’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies in line with legal and client requirements.
  • Support projects by integrating HSE standards across all operations.
  • Ensure accurate HSE reporting to meet client, legal, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and proactively ensure HSE objectives are achieved.
  • Assist with accident and incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports, bulletins, and safety communications to keep staff informed and engaged.
  • Identify hazards, recommend preventive measures, and provide on-site coaching on safe practices.
  • Inspect subcontractor facilities and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver regular safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and induction programs.
  • Participate in internal and external HSE audits.
  • Maintain accurate registers of inspections, incidents, and training records.
  • Manage environmental data (waste, fuel, water, and recycling) in coordination with logistics.
  • Organize and maintain digital safety records for accessibility and compliance.
  • Analyze safety trends using MS Office and Power BI, preparing dashboards and reports for management.
  • Maintain a “lessons learned” database to support knowledge sharing and prevention.
  • Review safety plans, work procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Degree or diploma in Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in Oil & Gas, Industrial Projects, or O&M environments.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of hazardous materials, safe practices, and legal requirements.
  • Experience preparing detailed safety reports, audits, and policies.
  • Proven ability to conduct workplace audits and inspections.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and safety statistics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Information Systems (SMIS) is an advantage.
