تعلن شركة Helmerich & Payne (H&P) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس إنشائي أول (Senior Structural Engineer) في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المرشح ضمن فريق الدعم الهندسي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط، ويتعاون مع المدراء الإقليميين والتشغيليين لتلبية الاحتياجات الهندسية للشركة في كل دولة تعمل بها بالمنطقة، كما سيتفاعل مع فرق التسويق والعقود والصيانة والإصلاح الشامل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق مشاريع البناء مع المُصنعين المحليين ومنشأة التجميع في هيوستن.
- تصميم الهياكل الجديدة وتحليل التصاميم الحالية لمشاريع التعديل.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل قوية مع مرافق التصنيع الرئيسية للشركة.
- إعداد وتوزيع وثائق "شهادة المطابقة" (Certificate of Compliance) لمختلف تصاميم H&P.
- العمل مع فرق التسويق الدولية لإعداد المقترحات وتقديرات الميزانية والجداول الزمنية.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية بناءً على تحليل التصميم.
- مراجعة وفحص حُزم التصميم المعدة من الزملاء.
- كتابة خطابات تقنية معيارية خاصة بوظائف الحفارة وتصميم المعدات لتعقيب العملاء.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعمليات في الإصلاحات الإنشائية والترقيات الميدانية وفحوصات CAT III & IV.
- توجيه المهندسين المبتدئين وتقديم المشورة عبر الأقسام المختلفة في الشركة.
- إجراء تدقيق ومراجعة ميدانية للمعدات الموجودة.
- السفر إلى الحقول ومنصات الحفر لدعم الترقيات والفحوصات الجارية، مع المبيت في الميدان عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة.
- شهادة من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (Saudi Consul of Engineering Certified).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التصميم الإنشائي، مع القدرة على إعداد تقارير التصميم وإجراء الحسابات اليدوية وتحليل التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب.
- خبرة في تصميم منصات الحفر.
- رخصة مهندس محترف (Professional Engineer license).
- القدرة على قيادة المشاريع والعمل بشكل مستقل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بممارسات التصميم وفق معيار AISC.
- معرفة بالمواصفات والممارسات الموصى بها من API.
- معرفة بممارسات تصنيع الهياكل الفولاذية العامة.
- معرفة بالأنظمة الهيدروليكية.
- إتقان استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office وبرامج CAD.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم.
- قدرة قوية على العمل والتواصل مع موظفي المكاتب والورش والحقول النفطية.
- روح الفريق مع عقلية متواضعة، طموحة وذكية (Humble, Hungry and Smart).
- الاستعداد للسفر المحلي والدولي أحيانًا إلى مرافق التصنيع والتجميع ومواقع الحفارات.

As a member of the Middle East Engineering Support team, this candidate will be expected to work closely with regional and operational managers to ensure H&P’s engineering needs are met for each middle east country that we operate in. The candidate will work seamlessly with other engineers, drafting and field inspectors to accomplish the tasks at hand. The engineer will also interact with other H&P groups such as Marketing, Bids & Contracts group as well as Maintenance and Overhaul teams. The engineer will supply drawings, advisory and answer any engineering related requests from districts and field personnel. The engineer will be tasked with a multitude of drilling rig specific design projects, large scale project management, critical event advisory as well as CAT III & IV inspection related issues or development. This position also encompasses working large scale project management in concert with our Houston Assembly Facility. Being a senior engineer, the candidate will be expected to mentor within the group and be flexible to assist and advise across other H&P engineering groups as needed. The engineer will be expected to have the ability to operate autonomously and receive little guidance for proper high level project management. This engineer is expected to be a leader within the engineering group and will be held to very high standards of work output and deliverables.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate construction projects with local fabricators and H&P Houston assembly facility..
- Design new structures and analyze current builds for modification projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with H&P’s primary fabrication facilities.
- Create and distribute necessary “Certificate of Compliance” documents for various H&P designs.
- Work with International Marketing groups in preparing proposals, budget estimates and schedules.
- Formalize technical reports from design analysis.
- Review and check coworker design packages.
- Author standardized technical letters specific to rig functions and equipment design for customer feedback.
- Provide technical support for operations on structural repairs, in field upgrades as well as CAT III & IV inspections.
- Mentor junior engineers and be available to advise cross functionally throughout the company.
- Conduct in field audits and reviews of existing equipment.
- Travel to the field and rigs to support ongoing upgrades and inspections. Overnight stays in the field on occasion.
- Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Saudi Consul of Engineering Certified
- Minimum of 8 years of structural design experience, ability to formalize design reports, perform and organize hand calculations and computer aided design analysis.
- Experience with drilling rig design.
- Professional Engineer license
- Knowledgeable on AISC design practices
- Knowledgeable on API specification and recommended practices
- Knowledgeable on general structural steel fabrication practices
- Knowledgeable with hydraulic systems
- Must have the ability to lead projects and be a self-starter.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software
- Team player with a Humble, Hungry and Smart attitude and work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong Ability to work and communicate with office, shop, and oil field personnel.
- Some international and in-country travel required to fabrication facilities, assembly facilities, and rig locations.
