فرصة عمل لدى جميرا، إحدى أبرز علامات الضيافة الفاخرة العالمية، في فندق جميرا جبل عمر بمكة المكرمة. مطلوب وكيل خدمة أول (Service One Agent) - سعودي الجنسية للعمل في مجال الاتصالات ضمن قسم مكتب الاستقبال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الرد على جميع المكالمات الداخلية والخارجية بكفاءة باستخدام تحية الفندق القياسية وإرشادات التواصل.
- مساعدة النزلاء في الاستفسارات المتعلقة بخدمات الفندق ومرافقه والحجوزات والمعلومات العامة.
- التعامل مع مكالمات الاستيقاظ والمكالمات الطارئة وطلبات الخدمة بدقة وسرعة.
- التنسيق مع أقسام التدبير المنزلي والصيانة والكونسيرج والأطعمة والمشروبات وغيرها لضمان إنجاز طلبات النزلاء في الوقت المناسب.
- التواصل بوضوح وفعالية لدعم سير العمل الداخلي بسلاسة.
- المساعدة في معالجة شكاوى النزلاء من خلال تقديم المعلومات الدقيقة ورفع القضايا للجهات المختصة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تعليمي ثانوي.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.

About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for Service One Agent - Front Office to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Answer all internal and external calls efficiently using the hotel’s standard greeting and communication guidelines.
- Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, facilities, reservations, and general information.
- Handle wake-up calls, emergency calls, and service requests accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to support smooth internal operations.
- Support in handling guest complaints by providing accurate information and escalating issues when necessary.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Secondary Education.
- Fluent in English.
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
