تعلن فنادق جميرا العالمية (Jumeirah) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية في مكة المكرمة بمسمى (Guest Relations Executive - Front Office) ضمن قسم الاستقبال في فندق جميرا جبل عمر (Jumeirah Jabal Omar).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم ترحيب دافئ ومساعدة الضيوف وفقاً لمعايير علامة جميرا التجارية.
- البقاء في حالة يقظة والاستجابة لكل ضيف يقترب من مدخل الفندق ومكتب علاقات الضيوف.
- ضمان مرافقة جميع الضيوف إلى غرفهم/أجنحتهم/صالة كبار الضيوف (Gold Lounge) والقيام بجولة كاملة في الفندق.
- معالجة استفسارات وشكاوى الضيوف وضمان حلها بسرعة واحترافية وبما يحقق رضاهم التام.
- إخطار مشرف/مدير علاقات الضيوف أو أحد كبار مسؤولي إدارة الاستقبال أو القسم المعني بأي مشكلة قد تحدث أثناء المناوبة.
- الإلمام بجميع أنواع الغرف وأسعارها ومرافق وخدمات الفندق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- تنظيم عالٍ يتمتع بمهارات تخطيط قوية.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (نطقاً وكتابةً).

About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for Guest Relations Executive - Front Office to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Provides a warm welcome and assists guests according to Jumeirah Brand Standards.
- Remains observant and responds to each guest who approaches the Hotel entrance and guest relations desk.
- Ensure all guests are escorted to their room/suite/Gold lounge and full hotel tour is conducted.
- Handles guests' inquiries and complaints and ensures that they are resolved quickly, courteously, professionally and to the guests' total satisfaction.
- Alert the Guest Relation Supervisor/ Manager or a senior member of Front Office Management or the relevant Department to any problems that may occur during a shift.
- Be knowledgeable of all room types and rates and the hotel’s features and facilities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
- Must be a highly organized person with strong planning skills
- Proficient in the English & Arabic (verbal & written).
