شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن أخصائي تقني في PMIS (PMIS Technical Specialist) للانضمام إلى فريقها في تبوك، أملج، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستساهم بخبرتك في تنفيذ نظم معلومات إدارة المشاريع على برامج عملاء كبار وتنمو كعضو في فريق تسليم التنفيذ في منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا (EMEA). على هذا المستوى، يتمتع الأخصائي بالتدريب الكافي والخبرة التقنية والتعرض لبيئة المشاريع والبرامج للعمل بشكل مستقل تقريبًا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن تنفيذ وإعداد وإدارة نظام PMWeb لتلبية متطلبات العميل والمشروع.
- قيادة تطوير سيناريوهات التكامل بين التقنيات مثل PMIS و ERP أو PMIS وأي منصات تقنية متخصصة باستخدام APIs وإدارة برنامج التكامل.
- التحلي بالمرونة لتعلم التقنيات الجديدة التي تعتمدها الشركة في مشاريع التنفيذ المختلفة.
- استخدام مهارات البرمجة بشكل مكثف في دور تقني للحفاظ على تطبيقات PMIS.
- قيادة جلسات جمع المعلومات مع العملاء، وتحليل المعلومات وترتيب أولويات المتطلبات لفهم احتياجات الأعمال ودعم خطط أعمالهم.
- إجراء استخراج البيانات من أنظمة PMIS وبناء نماذج بيانات في طبقة PowerBi للسماح بالتصورات لتحليل البيانات في PMIS.
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية وتقديم برامج تدريبية فنية لفرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى العميل خلال مرحلة نقل المعرفة حول التقنيات المتخصصة.
- التنسيق ومراجعة تصاميم الحلول مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- دعم تشغيل البرامج اليومي للشركاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تطبيقات الحاسب، تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو من مجال هندسي ذي صلة من جامعة/معهد معتمد.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مشاريع تنفيذ تكنولوجيا المعلومات تشمل التكامل والبرمجة وتنفيذ PMIS.
- خبرة في تنفيذ/إدارة حلول PMIS الرائدة في السوق.
- خبرة في تنفيذ حلول PMIS الشائعة مثل PMWeb أو Unifier مع إتقان إعداد التقارير المتقدمة القائمة على الاستعلامات باستخدام Microsoft SSRS وفهم جيد لأدوات تحليل الأعمال مثل Microsoft Power Bi مع القدرة على كتابة استعلامات DAX.
- خبرة تقنية في استخدام REST APIs والقدرة على استخدامها لإكمال خطوط أنابيب التكامل.
- بناء برامج التكامل باستخدام لغات البرمجة مثل Java و .NET.
- المعرفة والخبرة ببيئات إدارة المشاريع وإدارة الإنشاءات أمر ضروري.
- مهارات تواصل مهنية مكتوبة وشفهية باللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة. خبرة في أدوار مواجهة العملاء تعتبر ميزة واضحة.

- مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية، بالإضافة إلى قدرة مثبتة على التفاعل بفعالية مع موظفي المشروع والإدارة.

At this level, the PMIS Specialist has sufficient training, technical expertise and exposure to the Project and program environment to work almost independently on assigned projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for PMWeb implementation, configuration, and administration to meet client and project’s requirements.
- Lead the development of integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or PMIS and any specialist technology platforms using APIs and manage the integration program.
- Be flexible enough to learn new technologies the company adopts on various implementation projects.
- Heavily utilize your programming skillsets in a technical role of maintaining PMIS applications.
- Lead information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.
- Perform data extraction from PMIS systems and build data models in PowerBi layer to allow visualizations for data analysis in PMIS.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver technical training programs to the Client IT teams during the knowledge transfer phase on specialist technologies.
- Coordinate and review solutions designs with key stakeholders.
- Day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Application, IT or from relevant engineering field from an accredited University/ Institute.
- Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience working on IT implementation projects handling integration and programming, PMIS implementation.
- Experience in implementing/administering industry-leading PMIS solutions.
- You must have experience implementing market popular PMIS solutions like PMWeb or Unifier and demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Query-Based Reporting using Microsoft SSRS along with a good understanding of Business Analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI with the ability to write DAX Queries.
- You must demonstrate technical expertise using REST APIs be able to use them to complete integration pipelines.
- Build integration programs using programming languages such as Java, .NET
- Knowledge and experience with project management and construction management environments is must.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English is required. Experience with client-facing roles would be a distinct advantage
- Organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
- A collegiate, team-player attitude.
- Has the ability to adapt to new learning requirements to become self-proficient in new technology requests.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Ability to perform independent research to go through learning tracks and material on the web to solve technical problems.
