شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن Senior Health & Safety Engineer للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على مشروع تطوير رئيسي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع وتحليل بيانات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة من استشاري الإشراف والمقاول وتقديمها للمراجعة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية ولوحات بيانات وإحصاءات متعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة نيابة عن العميل.
- القيادة بالقدوة عبر إظهار السلوك الآمن الشخصي وتمثيل Parsons في الموقع في جميع مسائل الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- ضمان إعداد وتسليم ومراجعة واعتماد وتنفيذ المخرجات الرئيسية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة من استشاري الإشراف والمقاولين حسب المتطلبات.
- متابعة مديري ومهندسي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في استشاري الإشراف ومديري الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المقاولين بشأن إجراءات الإغلاق المعلقة الناتجة عن تقارير المراقبة الموقعية، الأحداث غير الطبيعية، التدقيقات، تفتيش الامتثال، وتحقيقات الحوادث.
- إجراء تقييمات مكتبية شهرية تشمل تفتيش المكاتب وتقييمات المخاطر المكتبية.
- إجراء ودعم أنشطة ضمان الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر المشروع.
- تنظيم وحضور اجتماعات وعروض الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمقاولين، وإعداد محاضر اجتماعات دقيقة.
- ترتيب وتقديم توجيهات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للموظفين الجدد والزوار وغيرهم من العاملين في المشروع.
- إجراء أو دعم التدريب على التوعية بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة لـ Parsons واستشاري الإشراف والمقاولين والعميل حسب الحاجة.
- دعم تحقيقات الحوادث والأحداث بما في ذلك جمع ومراجعة المعلومات ذات الصلة.
- مراجعة البيانات المتعلقة بحالات الإسعافات الأولية والحوادث الوشيكة والإصابات والأضرار المادية والخسائر وغيرها من أحداث الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- مراقبة أداء الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الإجمالي والإبلاغ عنه خلال تنفيذ المشروع.
- التواصل بشكل مهني ومسؤول مع ممثلي العميل في جميع مسائل الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- تعزيز ثقافة إيجابية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة ودعم تنفيذ أهداف ومبادرات المشروع.
- المرونة في ساعات العمل لضمان تغطية مناسبة للصحة والسلامة والبيئة خلال فترات المناوبات والعمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع وفترات العمل غير القياسية الأخرى.
- أداء مسؤوليات أخرى مرتبطة بالمنصب حسب الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة من جامعة معتمدة أو مؤهل معادل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجال ذي صلة، بما في ذلك سنتين على الأقل في دور مماثل في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع إنشاءات كبرى أو بنية تحتية أو تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات.
- خبرة في العمل في الشرق الأوسط؛ يفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- شهادة NEBOSH International General Certificate أو مؤهل معادل.
- عضوية مهنية في IOSH أو IIRSM أو منظمة مشابهة معترف بها في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collate, analyse, and submit Construction Supervision Consultant and Contractor HSE data for review in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, dashboards, and statistics on behalf of the client.
- Lead by example by demonstrating safe personal behaviour and representing Parsons on site in all HSE-related matters.
- Ensure that key HSE deliverables from the Construction Supervision Consultant and Contractors are prepared, reviewed, approved, and implemented as required.
- Follow up with CSC HSE Managers and Engineers, as well as Contractor HSE Managers, on outstanding closeout actions arising from:Site Observation ReportsAbnormal eventsAuditsCompliance inspectionsIncident investigations
- Conduct monthly office assessments, including office inspections and office risk assessments.
- Conduct and support HSE assurance activities across the project.
- Organize and attend Contractor HSE meetings and presentations, and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
- Arrange and deliver HSE orientations for new employees, visitors, and other project personnel.
- Conduct or support HSE awareness training for Parsons, the CSC, Contractors, and the Client, as required.
- Support incident and event investigations, including the collection and review of relevant information.
- Review data relating to first-aid cases, near misses, injuries, property damage, losses, and other HSE events.
- Monitor and report overall HSE performance throughout project execution.
- Liaise professionally and responsibly with client representatives on all HSE matters.
- Promote a positive HSE culture and support the implementation of project HSE objectives and initiatives.
- Remain flexible regarding working hours to ensure adequate HSE coverage during shift work, weekend work, and other non-standard working periods.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
- Degree in Engineering from an accredited university, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar senior HSE role.
- Previous experience on major construction, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects.
- Experience working in the Middle East; Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Professional membership with IOSH, IIRSM, or an equivalent recognized HSE organization.
- Strong knowledge of construction HSE management, assurance, reporting, inspections, and incident investigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse HSE data and prepare clear, accurate, and professional reports.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HSE data gathering, trend analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and demanding project environment.
