المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير محتوى جذاب ومتوافق مع العلامات التجارية للعملاء عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ومواقع الويب والحملات الرقمية والقنوات الأخرى داخل السوق السعودي وخارجه.
- البحث في المواضيع والاتجاهات الحالية، وتخطيط التقويمات التحريرية للمحتوى.
- كتابة وتحرير المنشورات والنصوص الإعلانية والنصوص السكربتية والتعليقات بما يتناسب مع كل منصة.
- التعاون مع فريق المصممين والمسوقين لإنتاج محتوى رقمي متكامل.
- تحسين المحتوى لتحقيق أعلى معدلات التفاعل والأداء، ومراقبة التحليلات، وتطوير المحتوى بناءً على البيانات وملاحظات العملاء.
- التواصل المنتظم مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء عبر أدوات الاتصال الرقمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على إنشاء محتوى رقمي عبر صيغ متعددة (منشورات تواصل اجتماعي، فيديوهات قصيرة، مدونات، نصوص مواقع) مع مهارات قوية في الكتابة وسرد القصص.
- خبرة في تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المحتوى، بما في ذلك التقويمات التحريرية والمحتوى المرتبط بالحملات.
- مهارة في تكييف النبرة والأسلوب لتناسب مختلف العلامات التجارية والمنصات والجماهير داخل السوق السعودي والمنطقة.
- إلمام بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي (مثل Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat) وأفضل ممارسات تحقيق التفاعل والنمو.
- فهم أساسي لمفاهيم التسويق الرقمي مثل SEO والتسويق بالأداء واستهداف الجمهور.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (مصممين، مطورين، مدراء حسابات) في بيئة عمل عن بُعد.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة ضمن مواعيد تسليم محددة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وإجادة اللغة العربية مع الوعي الثقافي للسوق السعودي تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال إنشاء المحتوى أو التواصل الاجتماعي أو التسويق الرقمي؛ خبرة في وكالة أو مع علامات تجارية متعددة ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو الإعلام أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل)، أو خبرة عملية مكافئة.

- Skill in adapting tone and style for different brands, platforms, and audiences within the Saudi and regional markets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, performance marketing, and audience targeting.
- Comfort with collaborating cross-functionally with designers, developers, and account managers in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency and cultural awareness of the Saudi market are strong advantages.
- Relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing; agency or multi-brand experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
