تعلن شركة Johnson & Johnson MedTech عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي مبيعات سريرية - قلب وأوعية دموية في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خبرة سريرية وتقنية متخصصة وتدريب للأطباء وموظفي مختبر الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية (EP Lab) حول الاستخدام الفعال لأنظمة ومعدات القسطرة (مثل نظام CARTO® والوحدات البرمجية المرتبطة ومولد الترددات اللاسلكية) أثناء إجراء الحالات ضمن النطاق الجغرافي المحدد، بما يحقق أهداف العمل.
- تثقيف العملاء حول جميع منتجات الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية لتحسين الاستخدام الفعال من خلال تقديم معلومات سريرية وتقنية وتدريب داخلي.
- التعاون مع الزملاء لمشاركة أفضل الممارسات لزيادة القيمة المقدمة للعملاء.
- استخدام تقنيات البيع الاستشاري لتحديد فرص البيع المحتملة داخل الحساب.
- خلق الوعي بحلول الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية وتسهيل تواصل مدير المبيعات الإقليمي مع صانعي القرار الرئيسيين لدفع الأعمال الإضافية.
- تعظيم دعم حالات العملاء من خلال تقنيات التخطيط والجدولة المناسبة.
- تعزيز التعاون والحفاظ على قنوات اتصال مفتوحة ومستمرة مع الفريق المحلي (مثل مدير المبيعات وأخصائيي الحسابات الآخرين) وفريق الدعم (مثل أخصائي الموجات فوق الصوتية ومهندس الخدمة الميداني ومدير الأعمال الإقليمي) والشركاء الداخليين والخارجيين الآخرين.
- تطوير ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات مع زملاء المبيعات والخدمة الميدانية في المملكة والشركاء الداخليين.
- تطوير وتنمية علاقات مفيدة مع العملاء داخل وخارج مختبر EP، بما في ذلك الأطباء والممرضين والفنيين والإداريين في المستشفى.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بتعليمات الاستخدام (IFU) لمنتجات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات واستكشاف الأخطاء التقنية، بالإضافة إلى الأدبيات السريرية العلمية ذات الصلة ومعلومات المنتجات الجديدة.
- تحديد الأولويات والاستجابة المناسبة للطلبات في بيئة عالية الضغط.
- الحفاظ على الهدوء والتركيز على حل المشكلات أثناء التفاعلات المجهدة.
- المشاركة في حوار تشخيصي مع شركاء وأصحاب مصلحة داخليين وخارجيين متعددين، وصياغة الحلول بناءً على الحوار والمدخلات المكتسبة خلال الجلسة.
- تقديم الإرشاد لأعضاء الفريق التجاري الجدد في الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية عند الطلب.
- الرد يوميًا على طلبات البريد الإلكتروني والبريد الصوتي من العملاء والممارسين والشركاء.
- أداء الأعمال الإدارية، بما في ذلك إدارة توثيق الحسابات ومتطلبات التدريب على الامتثال وتقارير المصروفات وإدخال بيانات أنظمة الشركة.
- الحفاظ على معايير الأسطول الآمن وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة.
- إبلاغ المشكلات أو الفرص المتعلقة بالأعمال إلى المستوى الإداري التالي.
- ضمان اتباع المرؤوسين لجميع إرشادات الشركة المتعلقة بممارسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتوفر جميع الموارد اللازمة وحالتها الجيدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة الطبية أو تكنولوجيا القلب والأوعية الدموية.
- خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
- خبرة في مجال القلب والأوعية الدموية مع العمل في قسم الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية (EP) أو إدارة نظم القلب والجهاز التنفسي (CRM).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة في دعم المرضى المباشر في مختبر القسطرة (Cath Lab).
- القدرة على العمل الميداني ودعم الأطباء والمرضى في أي وقت.
- الاستعداد لتقديم الرعاية الطارئة للمرضى عند الحاجة.
- القدرة على السفر بنسبة تتجاوز 80% داخل المنطقة.

We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Specialist - Cardiovascular in Riyadh KSA
You Will Be Responsible For
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System and associated software modules and RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
- Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices to increase value for customers.
- Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
- Creates awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitates Territory Sales Manager (TM) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business.
- Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
- Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/Pod (i.e. TM and other CAS), as well as the support team (i.e. Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD) and other internal and external partners.
- Develop and share best practices with KSA Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners.
- Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
- Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
- Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
- Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.
- Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session.
- Provide mentoring for new electrophysiology commercial team members as requested.
- Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners and partners.
- Perform administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system input.
- Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.
- Communicate business related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Ensure subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
- Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned as needed.
- Education: University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent. Biomedical Engineering, CVT.
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years
- Experience in Cardiovascular field working in Electrophysiology section or CRM.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab, .
- Ability to roll up the sleeves and support physicians and patients anytime.
- Availability for emergent patient care required.
- Ability to travel 80%+ within region required.
