Job Description:

Develop and maintain BASE24 Eps customizations and enhancements.

Analyze and resolve customization-related issues and defects.

Perform code remediation and minor enhancement development.

Support service pack and release uplift activities.

Analyze customer customizations against new BASE24-eps releases.

Retrofit custom code to new product versions and service packs.

Support deployment, testing, and release implementation activities.

Collaborate with support teams for complex production issues.

Work closely with ACI product teams on technical escalations.

Ensure solutions comply with Saudi payments requirements and customer standards.

Required Skills:

Strong BASE24 Eps development experience.

COBOL/C/C++ and UNIX/Linux expertise.

Payment switching, acquiring, issuing, ATM, and POS domain knowledge.

Release management and service pack upgrade experience.

Strong troubleshooting and code analysis skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
