تعلن شركة Mills Automotive Group في الرياض عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي حسابات الدائنة والمدينة في وكالة سيارات (Automotive Dealership AP & AR Specialist) بدوام كامل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إضافة الفواتير في نظام CDK
  • إصدار الشيكات
  • إعداد وإرسال الكشوفات
  • إجراء الإيداع اليومي من المبيعات وقطع الغيار والخدمة
  • استلام الشيكات والتأكد من ترحيلها للحسابات والفواتير الصحيحة
  • أداء الوظائف المحاسبية الأساسية والروتينية
  • الحفاظ على جداول المحاسبة المحددة وتسوية حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام المحددة
  • القيام بالمهام الكتابية المتنوعة حسب التكليف

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في المحاسبة في وكالة سيارات (مطلوبة)
  • إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر القياسية وبرامج المحاسبة
  • مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل
  • مهارات إدارية وتنظيمية جيدة
  • معرفة أساسية بالوظائف المحاسبية الروتينية
  • الإلمام بنظام CDK (ميزة إضافية)

Full Time

Dealership in the Charlotte market is seeking a Full Time Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions and previous dealership experience required. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Post Invoices into CDK
  • Issue checks
  • Prepare statements and mail out
  • Do daily deposit from sales, parts and service.
  • Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices.
  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions
  • Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required
  • Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
