Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating mental health components within Haraakah’s corporate wellness and sports programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and developing evidence-based interventions that promote emotional resilience and workplace well-being. The role involves collaborating with wellness program designers, coaches, and corporate partners to align mental health strategies with physical activity initiatives and organizational goals. The Clinical Psychologist will also offer clinical supervision, maintain accurate and confidential records, and contribute to training sessions and workshops on mental health awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in corporate and wellness settings.
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including assessment, interpretation, and reporting to inform individualized and group interventions.
• Experience in Counseling Psychology, providing short- and medium-term counseling for stress, anxiety, workplace challenges, and performance-related concerns.
• Background in Clinical Supervision, supporting junior practitioners or wellness staff in delivering psychologically informed services.
• Relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field, with appropriate licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience or strong interest in integrating mental health with sports, physical activity, and corporate wellness programs.
• High level of cultural sensitivity, professional ethics, and adherence to confidentiality and clinical governance standards.
