Role Description The Yoga Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. The instructor will lead group and individual yoga classes tailored to corporate wellness events, including designing class sequences, demonstrating poses safely, and providing modifications to accommodate various fitness levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing session plans, coordinating with event and wellness teams, guiding participants through warm-ups and cool-downs, and promoting mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. The role also involves educating participants on proper alignment, breathing practices, and yoga philosophy appropriate for corporate settings, while maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment. The Yoga Instructor will help evaluate class effectiveness, provide feedback for program improvement, and actively contribute to the overall success of Haraakah’s wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills, including the ability to lead safe, engaging, and level-appropriate sessions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles, with experience tailoring these practices to diverse groups and corporate wellness settings.
• Candidates should possess solid Teaching skills, including class planning, clear demonstrations, and effective guidance for beginners and advanced participants.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with participants, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the brand professionally.
• Yoga certification from a recognized institution (e.g., RYT 200 or equivalent) and knowledge of anatomy and injury prevention are highly beneficial.
• Experience in corporate wellness, group fitness, or sports events, and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar, maintain punctuality and reliability, and foster an inclusive, respectful environment for all participants.
