Role Description This is a full-time, remote Personal Trainer role based in Dammam / Al Khobar, delivering high-quality one-on-one fitness sessions to clients through the Enhance platform. The Personal Trainer will design and implement personalized workout programs, monitor client progress, and adjust training plans to meet individual goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual or on-site training sessions, educating clients on safe exercise techniques, and providing guidance on healthy lifestyle habits. The role also involves using the Enhance Fitness app to manage schedules, update client records, communicate with clients, and collaborate with the wider trainer network to maintain consistent service standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to design and deliver safe, effective workout programs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to offer varied, performance-oriented sessions tailored to different fitness levels.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Nutrition to provide basic guidance that supports clients’ training and wellness goals.
• Recognized certification in personal training or fitness (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Experience working with diverse client profiles and fitness objectives in a gym or personal training setting is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients in remote and in-person settings.
• Comfort using fitness apps or digital tools to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain client records.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to flexible client schedules.
• Current CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
