شركة Arabian Machinery and Heavy Equipment Company (AMHEC) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدرب في مجال الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (Trainer, QHSE) في مدينة الخبر، السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى ضمان التزام الموظفين بإجراءات وسياسات QHSE، وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لتطوير مهاراتهم في هذا المجال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ مصفوفة التدريب وفقاً لدليل QHSE الخاص بـ AMHEC.
- التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لتحديث التدريبات المطلوبة.
- إجراء برامج التوجيه والتعريف (Inductions) في QHSE للموظفين الجدد.
- إجراء تدريبات إضافية في QHSE.
- إجراء تحليل الفجوات التدريبية في QHSE.
- إنشاء برامج تطوير المهارات في QHSE.
- إجراء استبيانات لقياس فعالية التدريبات.
- مراقبة وتسجيل جميع التدريبات المنفذة.
- ترجمة المواد التدريبية حسب الحاجة اللغوية.
- تحسين هيكل تطوير المهارات في QHSE.
- ضمان تطوير وصيانة وتنفيذ ومراجعة والامتثال لبرامج وتوجيهات تدريب الموظفين في QHSE.
- رفع سلطة إيقاف العمل (Stop Work Authority) في حال وجود ممارسات أو ظروف غير آمنة، وإبلاغ مدير QHSE.
- أداء مهام متنوعة أخرى يكلف بها من المشرف المباشر.
- تعزيز ونشر ثقافة إيجابية للصحة والسلامة وتحسين مناخ HSE.
- تحديد مخاطر HSE والتوصية بإجراءات وحلول للتخفيف منها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادات مدرب معتمد أو تدريب المدربين (Train the Trainer) ذات الصلة.
- شهادة سلامة وصحة مهنية مطلوبة: NEBOSH General (يفضل) أو NVQ/NQF المستوى 5.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز و/أو المعدات الثقيلة.
- معايير تطبيق ISO (9001, 14001, 45001).
- القدرة على إجراء التدريبات.
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office Suite أو البرامج المشابهة.
- تدريب في تحديد المخاطر وتقييم المخاطر (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
- طبيعة العمل قد تتطلب العمل بعد ساعات الدوام الرسمي عند الحاجة.
- السفر (حتى 50%) داخل المملكة العربية السعودية إلى مواقع وفروع ومخازن AMHEC.
- فترات طويلة من الجلوس على المكتب والعمل على الكمبيوتر.
- صلاحية رفع سلطة إيقاف العمل (Stop Work Authority) في حال وجود ممارسات أو ظروف غير آمنة وإبلاغ المشرف المختص.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office Suite أو البرامج المشابهة.
- القدرة على إجراء التدريبات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.

- Relevant facilitators/train the trainer certifications.
- Health and safety certification required (NEBOSH General) Preferred or NVQ/NQF level 5.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas and/or heavy equipment industry.
- ISO Implementation standards (9001, 14001, and 45001).
- Ability to conduct training.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Hazard identification and risk assessment training.
- Able to work independently.
- Nature or work may require working beyond standard working hours as and when required.
- Travel (up to 50%) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to AMHEC’s sites, yards and branches.
