تعلن شركة Arabian Machinery and Heavy Equipment Company (AMHEC) عن توفر وظيفة Supervisor, HSE في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنشاء تنبيهات وتدريبات توعوية في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
  • ضمان تنفيذ التدريب على الوعي بمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE).
  • الإبلاغ عن أي تصرفات أو ظروف غير آمنة وحوادث الوشك.
  • المساهمة في صيانة وتحديث وتحسين نظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS).
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تدريبية لموظفي AMHEC.
  • دعم إجراء التدقيقات الداخلية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة وفقاً لمصفوفة التدقيق الداخلي.
  • إعداد وتقديم محادثات صندوق الأدوات (Toolbox Talks) حول مواضيع سلامة مختلفة حسب الحاجة.
  • تدريب وتوجيه موظفي AMHEC لتمكينهم من أداء عملهم بأمان.
  • تفقد موقع العمل بشكل دوري لتحديد أي مخاطر محتملة.
  • حضور اجتماعات HSE مع العملاء والمشاركة في اجتماعات المراجعة الشهرية.
  • التأكد من إطلاع الإدارة على القوانين واللوائح والتشريعات داخل المملكة المتعلقة بـ HSE.
  • إعداد تقارير الزيارات الميدانية والتواصل مع جميع الإدارات المعنية والعملاء عند الحاجة.
  • رفع سلطة إيقاف العمل (Stop Work Authority) في حال وجود تصرفات أو ظروف غير آمنة وإبلاغ مدير QHSE.
  • اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لتصحيح ظروف العمل غير الآمنة ضمن نطاق السلطة والقدرة.
  • ضمان اتخاذ إجراء فوري عند تحديد أي تصرف أو ظرف غير آمن وإبلاغ مدير QHSE.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة حسب الجدول المخطط، وتفقد المعدات والتفاعل مع موظفي AMHEC ومدير الحفارة/منسق الموقع.
  • تعريف النفس وموظفي AMHEC بمتطلبات معدات الحماية الشخصية لكل مهمة وكيفية ارتدائها وتخزينها وصيانتها بشكل صحيح.
  • ضمان إجراء التحقيقات المكلف بها في الوقت المحدد، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتوزيع الإجراءات التصحيحية على المدير المسؤول.
  • ضمان تقديم توجيهات وتعليمات واضحة لفريق QHSE لتحقيق الأهداف وفقاً لاستراتيجية AMHEC.
  • دعم مدير QHSE والفريق في تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات HSE الفعالة.
  • قيادة وتوجيه وتقييم وتطوير فريق QHSE لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
  • المسؤولية عن تطوير وتقييم الأداء والتخطيط للخلافة لجميع التقارير المباشرة وغير المباشرة.

  • تحديد أي مخاطر صحية أو سلامة أو بيئية وإبلاغ الإدارة بها وتقديم اقتراحات لمعالجتها والتعاون مع توجيهات المشرف.
  • الإشراف على العمليات والتحكم فيها لضمان مطابقتها للترتيبات المخططة والإجراءات الموثقة.
  • ضمان إجراء أنشطة المراقبة والقياس المناسبة للتحقق من استيفاء متطلبات المنتج/الخدمة.
  • تسهيل التواصل داخل فرق العمل.
  • تحديد فرص التحسين وتنفيذ التغييرات اللازمة وتشجيع ثقافة التحسين المستمر.
  • المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية كجزء من برنامج التدقيق الداخلي لـ AMHEC وضمان استعداد مجالاتهم وتعاونهم أثناء التدقيقات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ذات صلة في QHSE (NEBOSH) مفضلة أو NVQ المستوى 5 (مفضل).
  • شهادة سلامة وصحة مهنية مطلوبة (NEBOSH General) مفضلة أو NVQ/NQF المستوى 5.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز و/أو المعدات الثقيلة.
  • تدريب في التحقيق في الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية.
  • معايير تطبيق ISO (14001 و 45001).
  • تدريب في تحديد المخاطر وتقييم المخاطر.

Job Purpose:

The main purpose of the Supervisor, HSE position is to coordinate the implementation of AMHEC safety programs, to prevent and or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, while providing support to the management team, supervisors, coordinators, and employees in executing their job tasks safely.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create HSE alerts and awareness training.
  • Ensure training in P.P.E awareness is conducted.
  • Report any unsafe acts, conditions and near misses.
  • Support in maintaining, updating, and improving the IMS.
  • Develop and implement training plans for AMHEC employees.
  • Support with HSE internal audits as per the internal audit matrix.
  • Prepare and conduct Toolbox Talks on different safety topics as needed.
  • Train and instruct AMHEC’s employees so they can perform their work safely.
  • On a routine basis inspect the worksite to identify any potential hazards and risks.
  • Attend client HSE meetings and participate in monthly HSE client review meetings.
  • Ensure that management is aware of the laws, regulations, and legislation within KSA related to HSE.
  • Prepare site visit reports and communicate with all concerned departments as well as with clients if required.
  • Raise any Stop Work Authority if there are unsafe acts and conditions within the workplace and report to Manager, QHSE.

  • Ensure that immediate action is taken when any unsafe act(s) or condition(s) within the workplace are identified and report to Manager, QHSE.

  • Ensure that clear direction and instructions are given to the QHSE team to ensure that targets and objectives are met in accordance with the AMHEC’s QHSE strategy.
  • Support AMHEC’s Manager, QHSE and team with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives and targets are met.
  • Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops the QHSE Team to ensure that the objectives are reached.
  • Is responsible for the development, performance appraisal and succession planning of all direct and indirect reports.
  • Promotes a highly effective management and leadership style in line with AMHEC’s values and that supports the achievement of its strategy and objectives.
  • Identifies potential successor for his/her position; oversees and implements developmental plans for identified successors.
  • Identifies and monitors key QHSE Team functional KPIs, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.

HSE Responsibility:

  • Promotes and disseminates a positive health and safety culture and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
  • Ensures employee health and safety programs and guidelines are developed, regularly maintained, implemented, reviewed and complied with.
  • Identifies any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
  • Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.

QHSE Authority:
