تعلن شركة Talent Blueprint FZ LLC عن حاجتها إلى متخصص أمن (Security Specialist) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم عمليات الأمن لمشروع رياضي دولي كبير.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن متخصص أمن ذي خبرة لدعم عمليات الأمن لمشروع رياضي دولي كبير في السعودية. سيقوم المتخصص بدعم التنفيذ الفعال لخطط الأمن والإجراءات والمتطلبات التشغيلية عبر المواقع المخصصة. يتضمن الدور التنسيق مع فرق الأمن وعمليات الموقع والمقاولين والموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومأمونة ومنضبطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تقديم عمليات الأمن اليومية عبر المواقع والمناطق التشغيلية المخصصة.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة إجراءات الأمن والبروتوكولات والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- دعم عمليات التحكم في الدخول بما في ذلك دخول الموظفين والمقاولين والزوار والمركبات.
- مراقبة المناطق المقيدة وضمان استمرار صلاحيات الدخول المناسبة.
- إجراء فحوصات أمنية منتظمة ودوريات وتفتيش.
- تحديد المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة ورفعها عبر القنوات المناسبة.
- دعم إدارة الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والطوارئ الأمنية.
- المساعدة في إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ والإخلاء وتصعيد الحوادث عند الحاجة.
- دعم إدارة الحشود وحركة الأشخاص داخل المناطق التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع عمليات الموقع وأفراد الأمن والمقاولين وخدمات الطوارئ وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- مراقبة الامتثال لإجراءات الأمن المتبعة والمعايير التشغيلية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أمنية دقيقة وتقارير حوادث وقوائم مراجعة ووثائق أخرى مطلوبة.
- دعم الإحاطات الأمنية والاجتماعات التشغيلية وأنشطة التأهب.
- المساعدة في الاستعدادات الأمنية قبل بدء الأنشطة التشغيلية.
- دعم تنفيذ إجراءات الطوارئ والطوارئ الاحتياطية.
- تقديم دعم تشغيلي خلال فترات الذروة والأنشطة الحرجة الأخرى.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالأمن مطلوبة لضمان نجاح المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل مهني ذو صلة في إدارة الأمن، إدارة المخاطر، العدالة الجنائية، إدارة الطوارئ أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- فهم جيد للتحكم في الدخول، إجراءات الأمن، إدارة الحوادث، والاستجابة للطوارئ.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن هيكل أمني منظم مع فرق وأصحاب مصلحة متعددين.
- قدرة قوية على تحديد المخاطر الأمنية واتباع إجراءات التصعيد المقررة.
- خبرة في السعودية أو الخليج العربي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل في مهمة قائمة على المشروع حتى فبراير 2027.
- الاستعداد للعمل في نوبات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية وساعات إضافية حسب المتطلبات التشغيلية.
- خبرة مهنية مثبتة في عمليات الأمن أو بيئة أمنية ذات صلة (مثل أمن المواقع، أمن المنشآت، الأمن المؤسسي، السلامة العامة أو بيئات تشغيلية مشابهة).
- خبرة سابقة في الأحداث الكبرى أو الرياضية أو المعارض أو أماكن الترفيه أو المشاريع واسعة النطاق تعتبر ميزة إضافية (ولكنها ليست ضرورية).

- عمليات الأمن: إجراءات وبروتوكولات الأمن، إدارة التحكم في الدخول، إدارة الحوادث والإبلاغ عنها، تحديد المخاطر ورفعها، الاستجابة للطوارئ، إدارة الحشود والأشخاص، التفتيش والدوريات الأمنية، الاستعداد التشغيلي.
- التواصل والتنسيق: مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي قوية، تنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة، العمل الجماعي، الإبلاغ الواضح عن الحوادث، القدرة على التواصل بفعالية في مواقف الضغط العالي.
- المهارات المهنية: وعي ظرفي قوي، الانتباه للتفاصيل، حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات، هدوء وأسلوب مهني، القدرة على اتباع الإجراءات والتعليمات، القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل عند الحاجة، مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية، القدرة على التكيف في بيئة تشغيلية سريعة الخطى.

- Implement and monitor security procedures, protocols, and operational requirements.
- Support access control operations, including staff, contractor, visitor, and vehicle access.
- Monitor restricted areas and ensure appropriate access permissions are maintained.
- Conduct regular security checks, patrols, and inspections.
- Identify potential security risks and escalate issues through the appropriate channels.
- Support the management and reporting of security incidents and emergencies.
- Assist with emergency response procedures, evacuations, and incident escalation when required.
- Support crowd management and movement of people within operational areas.
- Coordinate with venue operations, security personnel, contractors, emergency services, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with established security procedures and operational standards.

- Experience working within a structured security operation with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong ability to identify security risks and follow established escalation procedures.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on a project-based assignment until February 2027.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours based on operational requirements.
