فرصة تعاقدية للانضمام إلى فريق المالية التابع لشركة Talent Blueprint FZ LLC لدعم حدث رياضي دولي ضخم في المملكة العربية السعودية. الموقع: الرياض، وبداية فورية مع مدة عقد تمتد حتى فبراير 2027.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة الرقابة المالية اليومية للمشروع.
- إعداد ومراجعة التقارير المالية الشهرية والفصلية و الخاصة بالمشروع.
- مراقبة الميزانيات والتوقعات والإنفاق الفعلي والالتزامات المالية.
- تحليل انحرافات الميزانية وتقديم تفسيرات وتوصيات واضحة.
- ضمان تسجيل وتسوية المعاملات المالية بدقة.
- إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة والتدفقات النقدية وأنشطة دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- مراجعة الفواتير وطلبات الدفع وأوامر الشراء والمستندات الداعمة.
- الحفاظ على ضوابط مالية قوية وضمان الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
- دعم إعداد ميزانية المشروع والتنبؤ والتخطيط المالي.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والعمليات والتجارية وفرق المشروع الأخرى في الأمور المالية.
- إعداد البيانات والتقارير المالية للإدارة العليا.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق وتوفير الوثائق المالية المطلوبة.
- تحديد المخاطر المالية والتناقضات وقضايا الرقابة والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ضمان اكتمال ودقة السجلات المالية وفقاً للمعايير المطلوبة.
- دعم أنشطة إقفال نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة.
- المساعدة في متطلبات التقارير المالية أو الرقابية الإضافية طوال المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم متين لمبادئ المحاسبة والضوابط المالية.
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP / المحاسبة مثل SAP أو Oracle أو Microsoft Dynamics أو ما يماثلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الرقابة المالية أو المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية أو دور مشابه.
- يفضّل خبرة سابقة في دعم الأحداث واسعة النطاق أو المجالات الرياضية أو الترفيهية أو الضيافة أو البناء أو البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الكبرى.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in financial control, accounting, finance management, or a similar role. Previous experience supporting large-scale events, sports, entertainment, hospitality, construction, infrastructure, or major projects is advantageous.

KSA - Immediate start, contract duration until February 2027, fixed-term/project-based.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial control activities for the project.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and project financial reports.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, actual expenditure, and financial commitments.
- Analyse budget variances and provide clear explanations and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and general ledger activities.
- Review invoices, payment requests, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, commercial, and other project teams on financial matters.
- Prepare financial data and reports for senior management.
- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and control issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and maintained in line with required standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with additional financial reporting or control requirements throughout the project.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
