شركة الصناعات الغازية السعودية (Linde Middle East) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس سلامة النقل (Transport Safety Engineer) في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في لجان SHEQ المحلية وجولات السلامة في المواقع المدعومة.
- ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة سلامة النقل وقيادتها.
- دعم تقييمات المخاطر والبيئية في الموقع وإعداد التقارير.
- المشاركة في مراجعات وتفتيش تدقيق سلامة النقل ومتابعتها وإعداد التقارير.
- مراقبة ومتابعة حالة CAR و Synergy في جميع مواقع العمليات ذات الصلة بالتخطيط والخدمات اللوجستية.
- دعم تحقيقات الحوادث / الإصابات بما في ذلك تحليل الاتجاهات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية لجميع الحوادث والممارسات الجيدة والحوادث الوشيكة.
- العمل كقائد / عضو مشروع لعمليات سلامة النقل في الدولة.
- المشاركة في أنشطة تقييم المخاطر بالموقع.
- القيام برحلات عمل قصيرة أو طويلة روتينية وغير روتينية حسب الحاجة لزيارة العملاء، والمشاركة في تدقيق الموردين لمجموعة العمليات، وحضور الاجتماعات الإقليمية، وتنفيذ المهام حسب التعليمات باستخدام الشركة.
- الاضطلاع بجميع المسؤوليات الإدارية المطلوبة من قبل أنظمة الإدارة (LIDAP) المعتمدة داخل الشركة؛ واتباع سياسة أنظمة الإدارة والإجراءات والتعليمات ذات الصلة؛ وتلبية متطلبات التدريب الخاصة بذلك.
- ضمان إعداد وتحديث لوحة بيانات السلامة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتقرير السلامة الشهري.
- الإشراف على عملية تقييم مخاطر السائقين في Linde SIGAS والتحكم فيها وتحديث جدول الترتيب.
- الإشراف على عملية توظيف السائقين الجدد ومرحلة التوجيه للتأكد من استيفائهم لمعايير التوظيف في LiMSS.
- التطوير المستمر وتنفيذ برامج التوعية.
- دعم إطلاق وتنفيذ برامج سلامة النقل الإقليمية.
- ضمان المراقبة الدقيقة لحالة الشاحنة / حالتها والالتزام بجدول الصيانة في جميع الأوقات.
- الصيانة الوقائية / التصحيحية لمعدات Linde (LOE).
- دعم تحقيقات حوادث النقل واتخاذ الإجراءات في حالات الحوادث / الإصابات لدعم تقييم الأسباب الجذرية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على شهادة جامعية في الهندسة (يفضل الميكانيكية أو الكيميائية أو المعدنية أو الكهربائية) أو اللوجستيات.
- خبرة في صناعة الغازات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة الأردية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة ذات صلة بعمليات Linde ومنتجاتها وخدماتها وهيكلها التنظيمي.
- معرفة ذات صلة بإرشادات سلامة النقل الخاصة بـ Linde.
- معرفة ذات صلة بالتشريعات والمعايير المحلية.
- فهم عميق لأنظمة Synergy و Audit و GDMS.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Participate in local SHEQ committees and safety walks at supported sites
- Ensure the implementation and leading the Transport Safety Activities.
- Support of site risk & environmental assessments and reporting.
- Participate & follow up Transport Safety Audits reviews, inspections and reporting.
- Monitoring and follow up CAR and Synergy status in all Operations sites related with Planning & Logistics.
- Support incident / accident investigations incl. trend analysis, root cause analysis for all incidents, best practices and near misses.
- Act as project leader / member for Transport Safety Country Operations.
- Participate to the site risk assessment activities.
- Make routine and non-routine short or long business trips as necessary for purposes of making customer visits, participation in operational group supplier audits, participation in regional meetings and performance of tasks as instructed using the company.
- Undertake all administrative responsibilities required by Management Systems (LIDAP) adopted within the company; follow the company’s Management Systems Policy as well as the related procedures and instructions; and meet their training requirements in this respect.
- Ensure preparation and update Safety dashboard, KPIs, monthly Safety report.
- Oversees and controls Linde SIGAS driver risk assessment process and updating of the League Table.
- Oversees the recruitment process of new drivers and their induction phase to make sure they meet LiMSS recruitment criteria.
- Continuous development and implementation of education programs.
- Supports the roll-out and implementation of regional transport safety programs.
- Ensure close monitoring of truck condition/status and adherence to the maintenance schedule at all times.
- Preventive/Corrective maintenance for LOE (Linde Own equipment)
- Support transport accident investigations & measure taking in case of accidents/ incidents to support root causes evaluation
- Graduated from a Technical University/ Engineering which are preferably Mechanical, Chemical.
- Metallurgical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Logistic.
- Experience in Gases Industry.
- Fluent in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Relevant knowledge about Linde processes, products, services and organization.
- Relevant knowledge about Linde Transport Safety Guidelines.
- Relevant knowledge about local legislation and standards.
- Deeply understanding: Synergy, Audit, GDMS.
