شركة Arabian Machinery and Heavy Equipment Company تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة لعمليات نقل الحفارات (HSE Supervisor - Rig Move Operations)، في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف ومراقبة جميع جوانب HSE أثناء عمليات نقل الحفارات بما يشمل التفكيك والنقل والتركيب في الموقع الجديد.
  • ضمان الالتزام الصارم بسياسات HSE للشركة ومعايير أرامكو السعودية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • إجراء اجتماعات السلامة قبل العمل (toolbox talks) وتقييمات المخاطر (JSA, HIRA).
  • فحص عمليات الرفع وتأمين الأحمال وأنشطة الرافعات وطرق النقل للكشف عن المخاطر المحتملة.
  • إجراء تفتيش ومراجعات يومية للموقع لتحديد الممارسات غير الآمنة وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق مع مشرفي نقل الحفارات ومنسقي الخدمات اللوجستية والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ جميع العمليات بأمان.
  • الحفاظ على وتحديث تقارير الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة وبيانات أداء السلامة.
  • المساعدة في تطوير وتقديم تدريبات HSE للفرق العاملة في عمليات النقل.
  • ضمان الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الحماية الشخصية ونظام تصاريح العمل والاستعداد للطوارئ خلال جميع مراحل نقل الحفارة.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير HSE للإدارة وممثلي العميل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في السلامة والصحة المهنية، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال HSE، منها سنتان على الأقل في عمليات نقل الحفارات.
  • شهادة NEBOSH IGC أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.
  • شهادات سارية في H2S والإسعافات الأولية ومكافحة الحرائق (مفضلة).
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع أرامكو السعودية ميزة قوية.
  • معرفة قوية بعمليات الرفع وسلامة النقل وتحديد المخاطر.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة العربية ميزة.
  • بيئة عمل صحراوية قاسية - يجب أن يكون المرشح لائقاً بدنياً للإشراف الميداني.
  • التنسيق مع قوى عاملة متعددة الجنسيات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قيادية واتصالية ممتازة.
  • عقلية استباقية تجاه السلامة.
  • معرفة قوية بمنطقيات نقل الحفارات والمخاطر المرتبطة بها.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئات ميدانية نائية.

Job Summary:

Experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards during rig move operations. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience in drilling or rig move logistics, particularly in compliance with Saudi Aramco and local HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all HSE aspects during rig move operations, including dismantling, transportation, and rig-up at the new site.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company HSE policies, Saudi Aramco standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct pre-job safety meetings (toolbox talks) and risk assessments (JSA, HIRA).
  • Inspect lifting operations, load securing, crane activities, and transportation routes for potential hazards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and audits to identify unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Liaise with Rig Move Supervisors, Logistics Coordinators, and Contractors to ensure all operations are carried out safely.
  • Maintain and update incident/accident reports, near misses, and safety performance data.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HSE training for crews involved in rig moves.
  • Ensure proper PPE usage, permit-to-work system, and emergency preparedness during all rig move phases.
  • Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and client representatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience, with at least 2 years in Rig Move Operations.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is required.
  • Valid H2S, First Aid, and Fire Fighting certifications are preferred.
  • Prior experience working with or under Saudi Aramco projects is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of lifting operations, transport safety, and hazard identification.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
