نبحث عن طهاة محترفين وذوي مهارات عالية لشغل وظيفة Chef de Partie ضمن فريق المطعم اليومي. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إعداد أطباق عالية الجودة تعكس قوائم الطعام التي تركز على الصحة والعافية، مع الالتزام بالتميز والعمل الجماعي والكفاءة التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير وتنفيذ الأطباق عالية الجودة يومياً وفقاً لقوائم الطعام التي تركز على العافية.
- الحفاظ على تنظيم ونظافة الأقسام المخصصة.
- دعم حفظ سجلات HACCP والوثائق المطبخية.
- التعاون مع فريق المطبخ لضمان الجودة الثابتة وسير العمل بسلاسة.
- إظهار التواصل الإيجابي والعمل الجماعي في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كـ Chef de Partie أو دور مماثل في مطبخ فاخر أو عالي الإنتاجية.
