مطلوب Retail Attendant (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في Miraval Resorts & Spas - Miraval The Red Sea، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

وكيل التجزئة عضو فريق متعدد المهارات مسؤول عن تقديم تجربة ضيافة استثنائية عبر جميع منافذ البيع في ميرافال. يجمع بين مهام المبيعات المباشرة للضيوف وأعمال المخزون والمستودعات والإدارة والعرض، لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة وبمستوى عالٍ من الخدمة والعرض. يجسد وكيل التجزئة التزام ميرافال بالعافية والتوازن والعلاقات الهادفة مع الضيوف.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الترحيب بالضيوف ومساعدتهم وتقديم توصيات مدروسة بناءً على احتياجاتهم.
  • استخدام تقنيات البيع الإضافي والإيحائي لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
  • تشغيل نظام نقاط البيع (POS) ومعالجة المعاملات نقداً وبطاقات وشحن الغرفة.
  • إتمام عمليات الإرجاع والاستبدال والعمليات المتعلقة بها بدقة.
  • إدارة تقارير المبيعات اليومية وتسويتها.
  • تنفيذ الطلبات الهاتفية وعبر الإنترنت والطلبات الخاصة.
  • الحفاظ على مظهر المتجر بأعلى معايير العرض البصري.
  • إعادة تخزين قاعة المبيعات طوال اليوم وأثناء فترات الفتح والإغلاق.
  • تنظيم غرف التخزين وضمان دقة وضع العلامات والتسعير.
  • المساعدة في ترتيب العروض التجارية ومواضع المنتجات لتعزيز المبيعات.
  • استلام وفحص وتسعير ومعالجة البضائع الواردة.
  • إدخال بيانات البضائع في نظام المخزون وإدخال الطلبات المستقبلية حسب التوجيهات.
  • توصيل المخزون الجاهز إلى جميع منافذ البيع باستخدام عربة الغولف.
  • المساعدة أو القيادة في إجراء الجرد الدوري والتدقيقات المنتظمة.
  • حضور الاجتماعات والتدريبات الإلزامية ودعم مدير التجزئة والمشرف في الأولويات والمشاريع.
  • الحفاظ على السرية والاحترافية وبيئة عمل إيجابية، والعمل كبديل لأخصائي المبيعات عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (إلزامي).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال التجزئة (يفضل).
  • خبرة في إدارة المخزون أو عمليات المستودعات (ميزة إضافية).
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً.
  • القدرة على رفع وحمل حتى 50 رطلاً.
  • القدرة على الوقوف والمشي لمدة 95% من وقت الوردية.
  • القدرة على دفع وسحب والانحناء والوصول وتسلق السلالم.
  • القدرة على العمل لمدة 8 ساعات في الوردية مع أداء مهام قاعة المبيعات والمستودع.

  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة وشخصية قوية.
  • احترافية عالية والقدرة على الحفاظ على راحة الضيوف وسريتهم.

Summary

The Retail Agent is a multi-skilled team member responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience across all Miraval retail outlets. This position combines guest-facing sales responsibilities with inventory, warehouse, administrative, and merchandising duties. The Retail Agent supports every aspect of the retail operation from assisting guests on the sales floor to receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise ensuring seamless daily operations and a consistently high level of service and presentation.

Guest Service & Sales

  • Welcome, engage, and assist guests upon entering the boutique.
  • Assess guest needs and make knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Actively engage guests in conversation to support product education and selection.
  • Use upselling and suggestive selling techniques to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor that aligns with Miraval’s standards.
  • Communicate current promotions, new products, and special offers.
  • Act as the final point of contact ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.

Point-of-Sale Operations

  • Operate a computerized POS system including processing cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
  • Complete returns, exchanges, and voids accurately.
  • Manage and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Execute phone, online, and special orders.

Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Maintain store appearance to the highest visual presentation standards.
  • Restock sales floors throughout the day and during opening/closing shifts.
  • Organize stockrooms and ensure accurate merchandise labeling and pricing.
  • Assist in merchandising displays and product placement to optimize sales.

Inventory, Receiving & Warehouse Support

  • Receive, check in, price, and process all retail merchandise.
  • Enter merchandise data into the inventory system.
  • Input future orders as directed and maintain accuracy in the Retail Checkbook.
  • Handle returns of damaged items and coordinate backorders and credits.
  • Organize and maintain the retail warehouse, including recycling and stocking packing materials.
  • Deliver “ready” stock to all retail outlets via golf cart.
  • Ensure retail outlets are consistently stocked with supplies and inventory.
  • Lead or assist with physical inventory counts and regular audits.
  • Support retail leadership with inventory accuracy and administrative inventory tasks.

Teamwork & Professional Conduct

  • Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
  • Support Retail Manager and Retail Supervisor with operational priorities and assigned projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
  • Act as back-up Retail Sales Associate when needed.

  • Patience and strong customer-service skills, including handling difficult interactions.
  • Proficiency with basic math and cash-handling procedures.
  • Ability to use cash registers and POS systems (training provided).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency in all inventory and sales tasks.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred).

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Speaking English and Arabic languages

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 95% of the shift.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, and climb ladders or step ladders.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift performing both sales-floor and warehouse duties.
