شركة سرج (Sarj) ومقرها الرياض، تبحث عن مهندس ضمان جودة (QA Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مجال Voice AI والعوامل الذكية (AI agents)، ضمن بيئة شركة ناشئة سريعة النمو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط اختبار شاملة وحالات اختبار
- إجراء اختبارات يدوية وآلية لضمان جودة المنتج
- تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع الأخطاء والمشكلات باستخدام الأدوات المناسبة
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والمنتجات لحل العيوب
- المشاركة في اختبارات الانحدار والاختبارات الوظيفية واختبارات الأداء
- المساعدة في تحسين عمليات ضمان الجودة وأطر الاختبار وأفضل الممارسات
- دعم دورات الإصدار من خلال التحقق من الميزات قبل النشر
- المساهمة في توثيق حالات الاختبار والنتائج وإجراءات ضمان الجودة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في ضمان جودة البرمجيات والاختبار وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي
- فهم عميق لمفاهيم ومنهجيات اختبار البرمجيات
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات
- مهارات تواصل وتحليل ممتازة
- القدرة على التحدث والكتابة بطلاقة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
- الإلمام بأدوات الاختبار أو لغات البرمجة ميزة إضافية
- الإقامة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويفضل الرياض

Role Overview
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. You'll contribute to testing processes, identifying bugs, and improving product quality across various stages of development. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in QA practices within a high-growth AI start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects
- Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing
- Help improve QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices
- Support release cycles by validating features before deployment
- Contribute to documentation of test cases, results, and QA procedures
- 3+ years of expierence in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies
- Deep understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Arabic & English
- Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus
- Based in KSA, preferably Riyadh
