GSK السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة مدير تقني (Technical Manager) للعمل في مصنعها الصيدلاني بمدينة جدة (Jeddah Warehouse City)، في إطار دعم رؤية المملكة 2030 وتوطين الكوادر الوطنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الوظيفة التقنية في الموقع والعضوية في فريق القيادة، والمساهمة في أداء الموقع وتحقيق أهداف العمل ضمن إطار الممارسة الجيدة للتصنيع (GMP).
- تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي للأنشطة التقنية عبر دورة حياة المنتج، وضمان دعم تقني متين لعمليات التصنيع والقرارات المتعلقة بالمنتجات.
- الدفاع عن السلامة والجودة والامتثال، وترسيخ مبادئ GMP ونظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) في العمليات اليومية وخطط التحسين طويلة المدى.
- تمثيل الموقع في التفاعلات مع الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء (SFDA) ووزارة الصحة والجهات الرقابية الأخرى فيما يخص التراخيص والتفتيش والملفات التنظيمية.
- قيادة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والتنظيمي، وضمان المتابعة الفعالة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPAs) للحفاظ على الامتثال وتحسينه.
- تحمل المسؤولية الرسمية عن سحب المنتجات والشكاوى، والتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية لضمان اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية في الوقت المناسب.
- الإشراف على إعداد ومراجعة واعتماد الوثائق التنظيمية الفنية وملفات المنتجات المقدمة إلى SFDA والجهات الأخرى.
- ضمان التزام عمليات التصنيع بمتطلبات GMP، بما في ذلك اعتماد سجلات التصنيع الدفعية (BMR) وسجلات التعبئة والتغليف الدفعية (BPR).
- اعتماد خطط تحسين الجودة في الموقع، وتغييرات التحكم التقنية (المرافق، خطوط الإنتاج، مكونات المنتج)، وتقارير مراجعة المنتج السنوية.
- مراجعة واعتماد خطة التفتيش الذاتي وتقارير التدقيق وتقارير CAPA الصادرة عن الأقسام المعنية.
- الإفراج عن المنتجات النهائية عند غياب قائد الجودة، واعتماد أي طلبات إعادة معالجة أو إعادة تصنيع حسب الحاجة.
- اعتماد تقييمات مخاطر الجودة، وإدارة الحوادث والانحرافات وCAPA المرتبطة بها، وضمان توثيق وحوكمة قويين.
- دفع إدارة المواهب الاستباقية داخل الفريق التقني، بما يشمل التخطيط للخلافة وبناء القدرات ودعم برامج الخريجين والتدريب العملي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو دكتور صيدلة (PharmD).
- خبرة مثبتة في دور تقني أو قيادي كبير داخل قطاع التصنيع الصيدلاني، أو على الواجهة بين البحث والتطوير والتصنيع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بيئة التصنيع الصيدلاني.
- سجل قوي في قيادة الفرق التقنية وتقديم الحلول التقنية ضمن بيئة GMP.
- معرفة ممتازة وتطبيق عملي لإرشادات GMP ومتطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS).
- إتقان عالٍ للغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابةً).
- سعودي الجنسية، وفقاً للمتطلبات التنظيمية والترخيص المحلي.
- رخصة مزاولة سارية من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، والامتثال لمتطلبات SFDA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the site technical function at Jeddah Warehouse City and act as a core member of the Site Leadership Team, contributing to overall site performance and delivery of business goals within a GMP framework.
- Provide strategic direction for technical activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring robust technical support for manufacturing operations and product-related decisions.
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance, embedding GMP and QMS principles in daily operations and long-term improvement plans.
- Represent the Jeddah Warehouse City site in interactions with SFDA, Ministry of Health (MOH) and other regulatory bodies on matters related to licensing, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
- Lead and front regulatory and internal audits; ensure effective follow-up, alignment of Level 2 processes, and implementation of CAPAs to sustain and improve compliance.
- Hold formal responsibility for product recalls and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to secure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee preparation, review and approval of technical registration documentation and product files submitted to SFDA and other authorities.
- Ensure manufacturing operations follow GMP requirements, including approval of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Authorise site quality improvement plans, technical change controls (facilities, production lines, product components) and annual product review reports.
- Review and approve the self-inspection plan (Inspection Audit Universe), and audit and CAPA reports generated by relevant departments.
- Provide finished product batch release during the absence of the Quality Lead and authorise any reprocessing/rework requests as required.
- Approve quality risk assessments, incident/deviation management and associated CAPAs, and ensure robust documentation and governance.
- Drive proactive talent management within the technical team, including succession planning, capability building and support for graduate and industrial placement programmes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is required.
- Proven experience in a senior technical or leadership role within pharmaceutical manufacturing, or at the interface of R&D and manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record in leading technical teams and delivering technical solutions in a GMP setting.
- Excellent knowledge and practical application of GMP guidelines and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Saudi national, in line with local regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Valid practitioner licence from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and compliance with SFDA requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, deliver solutions, and develop people in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical product development.
- Solid operational understanding of manufacturing unit operations, plant and laboratory equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it for tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation and with external regulators.
