Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer service. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of retail sales experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers to customers.

Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product availability.

Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.

Build positive customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

0-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; freshers may apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with an interest in sales.

Willingness to work flexible retail shifts.

Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve sales targets.

Must have a valid, transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.

Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
