Key Responsibilities

1. Provides advice on ensuring the operation and management of various security systems and controls that contribute to protecting data, systems, and devices.
2. Proposes a mechanism for operating and managing Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) systems.
3. Defines a mechanism for operating and managing endpoint protection systems.
4. Provides advice on activities related to managing systems and application security and reviewing compliance with application security policies.
5. Reviews mechanisms for incorporating cybersecurity requirements into the systems and software development lifecycle.
6. Reviews cybersecurity incident response procedures and digital forensics.
7. Provides advice on mechanisms for providing proactive information about emerging and potential attacks that could pose a cyber threat.
8. Provides advice on activities related to implementing information security policies, standards, controls, and recommendations.
9. Recommends participation in a disaster response plan and ensuring business continuity.
10. Recommends activities related to managing updates for security systems.
11. Reviews the installation, configuration, and testing of security systems and verifies their effectiveness.
12. Reviews the mechanism for operating security controls, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, etc.
13. Complies with the policies, work conduct, and procedures applicable to the organizational unit.
14. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or any related field.
