يقوم شاغل هذه الوظيفة بدعم الأنشطة الهندسية عبر المشاريع والعمليات، ويساعد في تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة المهام الفنية تحت الإشراف. يتطلب الدور معرفة هندسية أساسية، والقدرة على اتباع الإجراءات المقررة، والتنسيق الفعّال مع أعضاء الفريق الأقدم لضمان تسليم العمل المكلّف به في الوقت المحدد وبدقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ جميع الأعمال التشغيلية في مواقع مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد بدءاً من التسليم وحتى إغلاق المشروع، بما في ذلك التعبئة والمشتريات والتركيب والتشغيل والمراقبة وإزالة التجهيزات.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ جميع الأنشطة وفقاً لبيان الطريقة ونطاق العقد وأفضل الممارسات والتزامات العميل، مع الإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات إلى مدير الخط المباشر قبل التنفيذ.

- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحقيق معالم المشروع.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أو مشاريع أخرى يكلف بها مدير الخط المباشر.
- فهم والالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة الخاصة بالجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- تعزيز أهداف السلامة وعدم التسامح مع الممارسات أو الظروف غير الآمنة.
- رفض أي طلب لأداء عمل غير آمن والإبلاغ الفوري عن المخاطر المحتملة لمسؤول السلامة.
- مراجعة مواصفات المشروع ذات الصلة قبل بدء العمل ومراقبة جميع الأنشطة لضمان الجودة والدقة وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- إبلاغ مدير الخط المباشر بأي عيوب أو أخطاء أو تغييرات يتم تحديدها.
- ضمان إكمال جميع قوائم التحقق من الجودة المطبقة.
- تحديد الاتجاه والأهداف لأعضاء الفريق وضمان تحقيق خطط التطوير الخاصة بهم.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين في المشروع لحل مخاطر العقد والوثائق والتنفيذ.
- تحديد المشكلات والفرص ورفع القضايا الحرجة إلى مدير الخط المباشر.
- مساعدة مدير الخط المباشر في إعداد خطة القوى العاملة المتجددة لمدة ستة أشهر وتبرير متطلبات الموارد.
- ضمان تسليم جميع البيانات والسجلات والتقارير اللازمة في الوقت المحدد للفوترة الشهرية للمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، كهربائية، مدنية، أو تخصص ذي صلة).
- دبلوم إضافي أو شهادة في مجال تقني ذي صلة يُعد ميزة إضافية.
- شهادة في معايير السلامة الأساسية والامتثال الهندسي (حسب الاقتضاء).
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة؛ يفضل خبرة تدريبية أو فترة تمهيدية.
- معرفة عملية بالمبادئ الهندسية والرسومات وسير العمل الأساسي للمشاريع.
- مهارات أساسية في استخدام البرامج الهندسية مثل AutoCAD أو MS Project أو ما يعادلها.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- نسبة السفر المطلوبة لهذا الدور 20%.
- إلمام جيد بالكمبيوتر والقدرة على تقديم التقارير.
- قدرة جيدة على العمل ضمن فريق لتحقيق النتائج.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وساعات عمل مرنة للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في المهام المسندة وإنجازها في الوقت المحدد.

General Description
This role supports engineering activities across projects and operations. The Junior Engineer assists in planning, executing, and monitoring technical tasks under supervision. This role requires foundational engineering knowledge, the ability to follow established procedures, and effective coordination with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute all operational works on multiple project sites simultaneously from handover through to project closure, including mobilization, procurement, installation, commissioning, monitoring, and demobilization.
- Plan and execute all activities in accordance with the Method Statement, contracted scope, best practices, and client obligations. Report any variances to the Line Manager prior to execution.
- Assist in preparing engineering plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Maintain project files, records, and engineering data.
- Operate basic engineering tools, software, and equipment as directed.
- Handle routine site inspections, data collection, and reporting.
- Support senior engineers in project coordination and problem-solving activities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Deliver reports as required by the project or direct line manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct any other tasks or projects assigned by the direct line manager.
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s QHSE policies and procedures.
- Promote safety targets and zero tolerance for unsafe practices or conditions.
- Decline requests to perform unsafe work and immediately report potential hazards to the Safety Officer.
- Review relevant project specifications before work commences and monitor all activities to ensure quality and accuracy as per company standards.
- Notify the Line Manager of any defects, errors, or variations identified.
- Ensure completion of all applicable quality checklists.
- Set direction and objectives for team members and ensure the achievement of their development plans.
- Collaborate with internal project stakeholders to resolve contract, documentation, and execution risks.
- Identify problems and opportunities, escalating critical issues to the Line Manager.
- Assist the Line Manager in preparing a six-month rolling manpower plan and justify resource requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of all necessary data, records, and reports for monthly project billing.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
- An additional diploma or certification in a relevant technical field is an asset.
- Certified in basic safety and engineering compliance standards (as applicable).
- Proven experience of 0-2 years; internship or trainee experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of engineering principles, drawings, and basic project workflows.
- Basic skills in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Valid driving license.
- The travel percentage mandated for this role is 20%.
- Good computer proficiency and ability to deliver reports.
- Good ability to work within a team to achieve results.
- Ability to work under pressure and work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and complete them on time.
