مطلوب مشغل ماكينات CNC للخشب للعمل في شركة حمد محمد الرقيب وأولاده التجارية بالدمام (المنطقة الشرقية)، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مشغل ماكينة CNC للخشب مسؤولية تشغيل الماكينات التي يتم التحكم فيها بواسطة الكمبيوتر والمستخدمة في قطع وحفر وتشكيل وتجهيز الخشب ومواد الأثاث الأخرى. يضمن الإنتاج الدقيق وفقًا للرسومات الفنية والقياسات ومواصفات التصنيع مع الحفاظ على جودة المنتج وسلامة مكان العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ماكينات CNC المستخدمة في قطع وحفر وتشكيل وتجهيز مكونات الخشب والأثاث.
- تحميل المواد الخام وتثبيت قطع العمل بشكل صحيح قبل بدء تشغيل الماكينة.
- اختيار وتنفيذ برامج CNC المعتمدة وفقًا لمتطلبات الإنتاج.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والأبعاد ومواصفات القطع.
- فحص المكونات النهائية للتأكد من دقتها ومطابقتها لمعايير الجودة.
- مراقبة أداء الماكينة والإبلاغ عن المشكلات الفنية أو أي مخالفات إنتاجية.
- استبدال أدوات القطع عند الحاجة والقيام بأعمال التنظيف والصيانة الدورية للماكينة.
- تقليل هدر المواد وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للمواد الخام.
- الالتزام بجداول الإنتاج وتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج اليومية.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.
- التنسيق مع مشرفي الإنتاج وأعضاء الفريق لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في تشغيل ماكينات CNC، ويفضل في مجال تصنيع الخشب أو إنتاج الأثاث.
- معرفة أساسية بتشغيل ماكينات CNC وعمليات قطع الخشب.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وفهم القياسات.
- الإلمام بأدوات الماكينات ومعدات القطع ومناولة المواد.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومراقبة الجودة.
- القدرة على تحديد الأعطال الأساسية للماكينة والإبلاغ عن احتياجات الصيانة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة المهنية وإجراءات الإنتاج.
- يفضل الحصول على تدريب تقني أو مهني في تشغيل CNC.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تشغيل ماكينات الروتر CNC وماكينات قص الألواح في مصانع الأثاث.
- معرفة بألواح MDF والخشب الرقائقي والخشب الصلب ومواد الأثاث الأخرى.
- فهم أساسي لبرمجة CNC وإعداد الماكينة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق مواعيد الإنتاج.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines used for cutting, drilling, routing, and shaping wood and furniture components.
- Load raw materials and secure workpieces properly before starting machine operations.
- Select and execute approved CNC programs according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and cutting specifications.
- Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and report technical issues or production irregularities.
- Replace cutting tools when necessary and perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Minimize material waste and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in wood manufacturing or furniture production.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and wood-cutting processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements.
- Familiarity with machine tools, cutting equipment, and material handling.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to identify basic machine faults and report maintenance requirements.
- Commitment to workplace safety and production procedures.
- Technical or vocational training in CNC operation is preferred.
- Experience operating CNC routers and panel-cutting machines in furniture factories.
- Knowledge of MDF, plywood, solid wood, and other furniture materials.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
