نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مهندس مراقبة أول متخص ص في Elasticsearch يتمتلك خبرة عملي قوية في إدارة مجموعات Elasticsearch وبيئات المراقبة في الإنتاج. سيتركز الدو ر على إدارة Elasticsearch، وقابلية التوسع للمجموعات، والأمن، والمراقبة، وقدرات التعل الآلي الخاصة بـ Elastic، والأتمتة، والتكامل مع الحلول المؤسسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم ونشر وإدارة مجموعات Elasticsearch عبر بيئات التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج.
  • تخطيط وتنفذ استراتيجيات توسيع المجموعات، بما في ذلك تخصيص الشظايا (shard allocation)، وحجم العقد (node sizing)، وإدارة دورة حياة الفهارس (Index Lifecycle Management - ILM).
  • العمل كنقطة تصعيد فنية أساسية لمشكلات Elasticsearch عبر الفرق.
  • تطبيق ممارسات تعزيز أمن بيئات Elasticsearch.
  • إدارة التحكم في الوصول القائم على الأدوار (Role-Based Access Control - RBAC).
  • إدارة شهادات TLS والإعدادات الأمنية ذات الصلة.
  • إنشاء مراقبات مستوى الخدمة (Service Level Objective - SLO) في Kibana Observability.
  • ربط خروقات SLO بسير عمل إدارة الحوادث.
  • دمج بيئات المراقبة مع مختلف حلول ال شركة.
  • توثيق وصيانة كتيبات التشغيل (runbooks) للتنبيهات لضمان استجابات متسقة وقابلة للتكرر للظروف الشائعة.
  • تنفيذ وصيانة ميزات التعل الآلي من Elastic، بما في ذلك: كشف الشواذ (Outlier Detection)، والانحدار (Regression)، والتصنيف (Classification).
  • استخدام واجهة برمجة تطبيقات تحليل الإطارات البيانية (Data Frame Analytics API).
  • العمل مع منصات تظم الحاويات مثل Kubernetes.
  • القيام بمهام إدارة أنظمة Linux/Unix.
  • تطبيق أساسيات الشبكات وتحسين التخزين.
  • تطوير أدوات الأتمتة والتشغيل باستخدام Python أو Bash أو لغات برمجة مماثلة.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Elasticsearch Observability Engineer with strong hands-on experience in managing Elasticsearch clusters and observability environments in production. The role will focus on Elasticsearch administration, cluster scalability, security, observability, Elastic ML capabilities, automation, and integration with enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Elasticsearch Administration

  • Design, deploy, and manage Elasticsearch clusters across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Plan and execute cluster scaling strategies, including shard allocation, node sizing, and Index Lifecycle Management (ILM).
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for Elasticsearch-related issues across teams.

Security

  • Apply security hardening practices for Elasticsearch environments.
  • Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Manage TLS certificates and related security configurations.

Observability & Monitoring

  • Establish Service Level Objective (SLO) monitors in Kibana Observability.
  • Link SLO breaches to incident management workflows.
  • Integrate observability environments with various company solutions.
  • Document and maintain alerting runbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable responses to common alert conditions.

Elastic ML

  • Implement and maintain Elastic ML-powered features, including:
    • Outlier Detection
    • Regression
    • Classification
  • Utilize the Data Frame Analytics API.
Infrastructure & Automation

  • Work with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Perform Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Apply networking fundamentals and storage optimization.
  • Develop automation and operational tooling using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
