The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• 1. Product Design and Review: In accordance with the division of responsibilities and guidance from the Department Director and the Project Manager, collect relevant technical specification requirements and carry out design and review work; submit design documents for each phase to the Project Manager on time; follow the appropriate design process to submit the final design documents; and ensure that design outputs meet specified requirements.
• 2. Product Structure Optimization and Improvement: Based on optimization plans approved by the Design Department, be responsible for and implement the optimization and improvement of product structures. Continuously summarize optimization experience and data to provide a scientific basis for future product structure optimization and improvement.
• 3. Technical Support: Provide on-site service, answer and resolve relevant technical issues, collect feedback, report to superiors, and promptly complete design changes.
• 4. Summarize and Compile Quality Issues: Summarize monthly, quarterly, and annual quality issues as directed by the Parts Supervisor, and take measures-such as training and education-to prevent similar issues from recurring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Electrical Engineering majors are preferred; other electromechanical majors are also welcome.
• Familiarity with process control
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in English
