Role Description The Graphic Designer at Hoist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. This role involves creating visual concepts and designs for marketing and communication materials across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, designing logos and brand assets, selecting typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all partner campaigns. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the communications and marketing teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual content and participate in brainstorming, feedback, and revision cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for both digital and print media.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain visual identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for clear, readable, and engaging communication materials.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
