Job Purpose:

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to support refinery Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems reliability and integrity. The role focuses on maintenance excellence, reliability improvement, and safe operation in line with Saudi Aramco standards and company requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Refinery sector (maintenance-focused).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems maintenance in industrial environments.
• Exposure to project execution environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, develop, and optimize E&I equipment maintenance strategies based on OEM and performance requirements.
• Analyze current and historical equipment data to improve reliability and availability.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Support project activities including design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and energization.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date E&I documentation, procedures, and specifications. Liaise between Maintenance and Projects teams during MOC and execution phases.
• Review spare parts strategies and maintenance job plans.
• Support contractors and vendors in compliance with safety and company standards.
