نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المهندس تنسيق الدعم الفني اليومي والتحسينات التقنية قصيرة المدى لدعم SQLCST، مع مسؤولية تحسين وتصميم العمليات لرفع الكفاءة والسلامة وجودة المنتج بشكل مستدام من خلال تحليل سير العمل الإنتاجي، وتحديد الاختناقات، وتنفيذ الحلول التقنية لخفض التكاليف وزيادة الإنتاجية. كما يتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان الامتثال للوائح البيئية والسلامة وقيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التوجيه الفني لقسم الإنتاج يومياً عبر استكشاف الأعطال العام، ومراقبة كفاءة العملية وجودة المنتج، وتحديد فرص التحسين.
- تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع جوانب المحاسبة الإنتاجية/التشغيلية/المعدنية، وإكمال التقارير اليومية/الأسبوعية/الشهرية، وتفسير البيانات لتحديد فرص التحسين.
- إدارة/تنسيق التحسينات أو المشاريع الرأسمالية الصغيرة.
- امتلاك معرفة سليمة بموازنة الكتلة وعمليات المطابقة.
- المسؤولية عن الصيانة الدقيقة وإدارة بيانات الإنتاج وقواعد البيانات.
- تحديد أي انحرافات في تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة التحكم في العمليات وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- الكفاءة في تسجيل البيانات، ورسم الاتجاهات، والتحليل، والتفسير مع التركيز على تحسين جميع روافع OEE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية (أو ما يعادلها من المعرفة/المؤهلات).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الهندسة الكيميائية والإنتاجية: معرفة سليمة بمبادئ المعالجة الكيميائية، وموازنة الكتلة، وعمليات المطابقة، واستخدام الأدوات التقنية/التحليلية في الدراسات الهندسية.
- تصميم العمليات والمعدات: فهم اختيار معدات العمليات، ومخططات التدفق (PFDs)، ومخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs)، وحسابات التوازن الحراري والمادي، وإجراءات التشغيل والإيقاف.
- التحكم الإحصائي في العمليات (SPC): الكفاءة في تسجيل البيانات، ورسم الاتجاهات، والتحليل، والتفسير، واستخدام برامج SPC لتحسين روافع OEE.
- إدارة سلامة العمليات (PSM): معرفة معلومات سلامة العمليات، والمشاركة في تحليل مخاطر العمليات (PHA)، وإدارة طلبات إدارة التغيير (MOC).
- التحكم في تغيير العمليات: القدرة على تقييم وتخطيط وإدارة تغييرات المعدات/التقنيات ضمن البيئات التشغيلية مع تقييم المخاطر المحتملة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث: معرفة أدوات التحقيق، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية للسلامة.
- إدارة البيانات والمشاريع: خبرة عملية في إدارة قواعد بيانات الإنتاج، واستكشاف الانحرافات التشغيلية، والمساعدة في تخطيط المشاريع الرأسمالية الصغيرة (مخططات Gantt، الجدولة، والتتبع).

Responsible for optimizing and designing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality sustainably by analyzing production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement technical solutions to reduce costs and enhance throughput. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent knowledge/qualification).

Responsibilities
- Provides technical direction to the production department on a daily basis by general “trouble shooting”, monitoring process efficiency and product quality and identifying process improvements.
- Takes the responsibility for all aspects of production/process/metallurgical accounting - completing daily/weekly/monthly reports and interpreting data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manages/coordinates improvements or small capital projects.
- Sound knowledge of mass balancing and reconciliation processes
- Responsible for rigorous maintenance and management of production data and databases.
- Identifies any anomalies with the operation and maintenance of process control instrumentation and coordinates remedies as required.
- Competent in data recording, trending, analysis, and interpretation - focuses on improving all OEE levers.
- Chemical & Production Engineering: Sound knowledge of chemical processing principles, mass balancing, reconciliation processes, and utilizing technical/analytical tools in engineering studies.
- Process Design & Equipment: Understanding of process equipment selection, PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balance calculations, and operational startup/shutdown procedures.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC): Competent in data recording, trending, analysis, interpretation, and using SPC software to optimize OEE levers.
- Process Safety Management (PSM): Knowledge of process safety information, participating in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and managing Management of Change (MOC) requests.
- Operations Change Control: Ability to evaluate, plan, and manage equipment/technology changes within operational environments while assessing potential risks.
- Incident & Accident Investigation: Knowledge of investigation tools, root-cause analysis, and recommending corrective safety actions.
- Data & Project Management: Hands-on experience in production database management, troubleshooting operational anomalies, and assisting in small capital project planning (Gantt charts, scheduling, and tracking).
