Tronox، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في تصنيع ثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم، تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل وردية (Shift Operator) في ينبع، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • يتولى المسؤولية عن تحقيق أهداف SQLCST (السلامة، الجودة، التكلفة المنخفضة، الاستدامة، الأطنان) في موقع العمل/محطة العمل الخاصة به.
  • يؤدي مجموعة من الأنشطة في أكثر من منطقة باستخدام معدات معقدة.
  • يراقب التشغيل للحفاظ على جودة المنتج والمخزون.
  • يقدم التوجيه والإرشاد لتطوير الخبرات الفنية داخل الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة وضبط معايير العملية للحفاظ على ظروف آمنة ومثلى، وضمان تشغيل سلس ومستقر.
  • تجهيز المعدات للصيانة.
  • إدخال البيانات بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب في سجل الوردية، دفتر السجلات، ونظام غرفة التحكم (مثل SIC).
  • إجراء جولات شاملة وفي الوقت المناسب في المصنع لتحديد المشكلات في المصنع/المعدات وضمان تشغيل آمن ومستقر.
  • رفع طلب عمل الصيانة في النظام عند الحاجة.
  • كشف الانحرافات في العملية والإبلاغ عنها فوراً، باستخدام تحقيق A3 لمشاكل العملية.
  • المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث.
  • استخدام أنظمة تقنية المعلومات للإبلاغ وجمع البيانات.
  • اتباع وتنفيذ جميع مهام بدء التشغيل والإغلاق العادية والطارئة بدقة وفقاً لـ SOP المعتمدة لضمان تشغيل آمن ومستقر وخالٍ من الأخطاء.
  • ضمان أن جميع متطلبات تسليم الوردية مفصلة جيداً وسهلة الفهم وضمان استمرارية أداء المصنع/العملية.
  • تشغيل المصنع/المعدات دون توجيه (مثل الحقل، DCS الموضعي).
  • جمع وتسليم عينات العملية للتحليل المخبري.
  • المشاركة ومساعدة أعضاء الفريق في المهام.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • معرفة أساسية بعمليات المصنع، عمليات التصنيع، السلامة الفنية، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
  • التزام قوي بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة (SHE).
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل، والعمل الجماعي، وحل المشكلات، والتخطيط.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة تشغيل تعتمد على الورديات.

Role Definition

Takes accountability for SQLCST (Safe Quality Low Cost Sustainable Tons) for their post / work-station. Performs a range of activities in more than one area using complicated equipment. Monitors the operation so that the product quality and inventory is maintained. Provides coaching and guidance in order to develop technical expertise within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain safe and optimal conditions, ensuring smooth and stable operations.
  • Prepares equipment for maintenance.
  • Enters data accurately and promptly into the shift logsheet, logbook and Control Room system (e.g. SIC).
  • Perform thorough and timely plant rounds to identify issues with plant/equipment and ensure safe, and stable operations.
  • Raise maintenance job request in system as applicable.
  • Detect and report process deviations promptly, using A3 investigation for process problems.
  • Participates in incident investigations.
  • Utilizes IT systems for reporting and data gathering.
  • Follows & Perform all normal and emergency start-up and shutdown tasks strictly according to the approved SOP to ensure safe, stable, and error-free operations.
  • Ensures all shift handover requirements are well detailed, easy to understand and ensure continuity of plant/process performance is maintained.
  • Operates plant/equipment without guidance (e.g. field, localized DCS).
  • Collects and delivers in process samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Participate and assist team members with tasks.

Key Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of plant operations, manufacturing processes, technical safety, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (SHE).
  • Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a shift-based operational environment.
