في Alfa Laval، نبحث عن متدرب مشغل مركز خدمة للعمل في مركز الخدمة بينبع. سيكون المسؤول المباشر عن تنفيذ أعمال الورشة بجودة وسرعة، بما يتماشى مع قيم الشركة: العمل، التفاعل، والرضا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ الأنشطة العملية لإعادة تأهيل المبادلات الحرارية، بما في ذلك تفكيك الوحدات، تنظيف الألواح، فحص الاختراق الصبغي، لصق الحشيات، التجميع، واختبار الضغط.
- الحرص دائمًا على ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية الكاملة وفقًا لطبيعة العمل.
- الإبلاغ عن النتائج الفنية أثناء عمليات الفحص المختلفة وإعداد التقارير.
- رفع أي مشكلات إلى قائد الفريق وأخذ موافقته قبل المتابعة.
- استخدام الأدوات والمعدات والإجراءات المناسبة لأداء العمل.
- اتباع الإرشادات الواردة في إجراءات إعادة التأهيل والإصلاح.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة أولاً أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
- تحمل مسؤولية النظافة اليومية للورشة.
- ضمان الصيانة والعناية الفعالة بجميع أدوات الشركة وقطع الغيار والمواد المستهلكة المستخدمة أثناء العمل.
- ضمان نظافة وسلامة أدوات الورشة والعاملين.
- حضور الدورات التدريبية المنظمة حسب التعليمات، ضمن برنامج تطوير الموظفين.
- القدرة على بذل جهد إضافي لتلبية متطلبات العملاء في تسليم الوظائف في الوقت المحدد والاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية.
- عقلية مرنة وإيجابية عند مواجهة التحديات.
- مستوى جيد من الوعي بالسلامة.
- مبادرة ذاتية وتوجّه نحو النتائج.
- فهم جيد للقضايا التشغيلية.
- روح الفريق والعمل الجماعي.
- موجه نحو خدمة العملاء.
- يُفضّل أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على استكشاف المشكلات الفنية وحلها.
- مهارة في التعامل مع العلاقات والعمل عبر الثقافات المختلفة.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب ومهارات متقدمة في حزمة MS Office.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- المعرفة الأساسية باللحام ميزة إضافية.

Roles and Responsibility
- The Service Center Operator Perform hands on activities related to Heat Exchanger reconditioning including disassembly of units, plate cleaning, dye penetrant inspection, gluing of gaskets, assembly, and pressure testing of the units.
- Always ensure to wear full PPE demanded by the nature of the work.
- Report the technical findings on the different inspection along the job and establish reports.
- Report any issues to the Team Leader & take his concerns before proceeding
- Use proper tools, equipment, and procedures to perform the work.
- Follow the guidelines mentioned in the reconditioning / repair procedures.
- Ensure safety first culture attitude during working execution.
- Be responsible for day-to-day housekeeping.
- Ensure efficient maintenance and care of all company tools, spares and consumables used during work.
- Ensure cleanliness & safety of the workshop tools & personnel.
- Attend organized training courses as instructed, which will be a part of Personnel Development program.
- Able to go extra mile in fulfilling our customers requirements for on time execution of jobs & willing to work extended hours.
- hands on Technician with Diploma/associate degree in mechanical Engineer /Industrial Engineering
- Agile and positive mindset when it comes to challenges

- Self-Starter and result oriented

- Ability to troubleshoot & solve technical problems
- Flair for maintaining relationships and working across different cultures

- Welding basic competence is a plus
