تعلن شركة Tronox، الرائدة عالمياً في تصنيع ثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم، عن توفر وظيفة فني كهرباء وأجهزة (E&I Technician) في ينبع، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
انضم إلى فريق الصيانة الكهربائية وأجهزة القياس (E&I) لتنفيذ خطة الصيانة اليومية تحت إشراف مشرف E&I، ودعم عمليات المصنع الآمنة والموثوقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية والطارئة.
- تركيب وصيانة المعدات الكهربائية والإضاءة والطاقة وأجهزة القياس.
- استكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية، أنظمة الجهد المنخفض، دوائر التحكم بالمحركات، PLC، DCS، SIS، VFDs، أجهزة التحليل، أجهزة MCC، والأجهزة الميدانية.
- صيانة المحولات، UPS، شواحن البطاريات، والمقومات.
- اختبار مقاومة الكابلات والعزل.
- معايرة وصيانة أجهزة الضغط والتدفق ودرجة الحرارة والمستوى، صمامات التحكم، كاشفات الغاز، أنظمة الوزن، وأجهزة pH/التحليلية.
- العمل من المخططات الكهربائية والرسومات الهندسية مع تحديثات الخط الأحمر.
- تنفيذ أوامر عمل الصيانة الوقائية عبر نظام CMMS (SAP).
- دعم عمليات التشغيل والإيقاف والتشغيل التجريبي، تحليل السبب الجذري (RCFA)، وأنشطة تحسين الموثوقية.
- الامتثال لمتطلبات LOTO، PTW، IEC، NFPA، لوائح الأسلاك IEE، معايير الشركة، ومتطلبات المناطق الخطرة (Ex)، ودعم إجراءات PSSR، MOC، HAZOP مع الحفاظ على معايير النظافة العالية.

About The Opportunity
Join our Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance team, executing the daily E&I maintenance plan under the guidance of the E&I Supervisor to support safe and reliable plant operations.
You will perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance; install and maintain electrical, lighting, power, and instrumentation equipment; troubleshoot electrical failures, LV systems, motor control circuits, PLC, DCS, SIS, VFDs, analyzers, MCC instrumentation, and field devices; and maintain transformers, UPS, battery chargers, and rectifiers.
The role also includes cable and insulation resistance testing; calibration and maintenance of pressure, flow, temperature and level instruments, control valves, gas detectors, weighing systems, and pH/analytical instruments; working from wiring diagrams and engineering drawings with red-line updates; executing PM work orders through CMMS (SAP); and supporting startups, shutdowns, commissioning, RCFA, and reliability improvement activities.
All work must comply with LOTO, PTW, IEC, NFPA, IEE wiring regulations, company codes and standards, including hazardous area (Ex) requirements, while supporting PSSR, MOC, HAZOP actions and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong practical knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance methods, gained through hands-on experience and/or relevant technical qualifications.
- Can perform standard maintenance across a broad range of equipment under general guidance and determine solutions using practical experience.
- Is competent in electrical hand tools, circuit testing, LV fault finding, motor control circuits, VFDs, transformers, UPS, battery chargers, rectifiers, cable and insulation resistance testing.
- Has experience with PLC, DCS, SIS, analyzers, MCC instrumentation and field devices, including calibration and maintenance of pressure, flow, temperature and level instruments, control valves, gas detectors, weighing systems, and pH/analytical instruments.
- Can read wiring diagrams and engineering drawings, complete red-line updates, and work with CMMS (SAP).
- Understands LOTO, PTW, IEC, NFPA, IEE, Ex equipment, PSSR, MOC and HAZOP requirements.
- Can support startups, shutdowns, commissioning, RCFA and reliability improvement programs, while maintaining safe working practices and high housekeeping standards.
