تسعى WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى توظيف مهندس تصريف مياه (Drainage Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مشروع طرق/طرق سريعة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير ومراجعة التصاميم التفصيلية لأنظمة تصريف المياه في الطرق والطرق السريعة.
  • إجراء التحليلات الهيدروليكية والهيدرولوجية باستخدام برامج معتمدة في المجال.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح المحلية والدولية الخاصة بالتصميم.
  • الإشراف على تنفيذ أنظمة التصريف في الموقع والتأكد من التزام المقاول بالمواصفات ومعايير الجودة.
  • التنسيق مع مديري المشروع وفرق البناء والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى لضمان تكامل حلول التصريف.
  • إجراء تفتيشات ومراجعات ميدانية لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
  • حل أي مشكلات أو تناقضات تنشأ أثناء البناء بشكل فوري.
  • إعداد ومراجعة التقارير والوثائق والرسومات وفقاً للوضع القائم (as-built).
  • التواصل مع العملاء والجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة لمعالجة متطلبات التصريف.
  • تقديم مقترحات التصميم وتحديثات المشروع للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • ضمان أن تكون جميع تصاميم التصريف مستدامة بيئياً ومتوافقة مع الأنظمة البيئية.
  • تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات في إدارة مياه الأمطار ومكافحة التلوث.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يُفضل بشدة الحصول على رخصة مهندس محترف (PE) أو شهادة معادلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في هندسة التصريف مع التركيز على مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على مشاريع إنشاء أنظمة التصريف وإدارتها.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة واسعة ببرامج التحليل الهيدروليكي والهيدرولوجي (مثل HEC-RAS وSWMM وCivil 3D).
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وإدارة مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.

Job Description

WSP is seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our team for a significant road/highway project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in drainage design and supervision, ensuring that all drainage systems are designed and implemented to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

Design and Analysis:

  • Develop and review detailed designs for road and highway drainage systems.
  • Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analysis using industry-standard software.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international design standards and regulations.


Supervision and Management:

  • Supervise the construction and implementation of drainage systems on-site.
  • Oversee contractor work to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of drainage solutions.


Quality Control:

  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction promptly.
  • Prepare and review reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to address drainage-related concerns and requirements.
  • Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.


Environmental Compliance:

  • Ensure all drainage designs are environmentally sustainable and comply with environmental regulations.
  • Implement best practices for stormwater management and pollution control.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in drainage engineering, with a focus on road and highway projects.
  • Proven experience in the supervision and management of drainage construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and hydrologic analysis software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, Civil 3D).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
