المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير منهجيات البناء واستراتيجيات التنفيذ بما يتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية.
- إعداد بيانات الطرق (Method Statements) وإجراءات البناء والتقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية والوثائق الداعمة.
- إنتاج وتنسيق رسومات الطرق ووثائق تسلسل البناء المرئي.
- إعداد ومراجعة دراسات تسلسل البناء وخطط الخدمات اللوجستية واستراتيجيات التنفيذ المرحلي.
- تطوير وصيانة محاكاة البناء ثنائية وثلاثية ورباعية الأبعاد (2D و3D و4D) لدعم التخطيط والتنفيذ.
- إجراء مراجعات قابلية البناء (Constructability Reviews) وتحديد فرص تحسين السلامة والإنتاجية والجودة وكفاءة التكلفة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الموقع أثناء البناء وحل التحديات المتعلقة بالمنهجيات.
- التعاون مع فرق التخطيط والهندسة والبناء والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والخدمات اللوجستية.
- تحديد قيود الجدول الزمني ومخاطر التنفيذ واختناقات البناء وتطوير إجراءات التخفيف.
- المشاركة في مبادرات الهندسة القيمية (Value Engineering) والتحسين الفني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة البناء.
- خبرة في بيئات المشاريع الكبرى في مجال البنية التحتية أو المدنية أو البحرية أو الصناعية أو المشاريع العملاقة.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop construction methodologies and execution strategies aligned with project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
- Prepare method statements, construction procedures, technical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Produce and coordinate method drawings and visual construction sequence documentation.
- Prepare and review construction sequencing studies, logistics plans, and phased execution strategies.
- Develop and maintain 2D, 3D, and 4D construction simulations to support planning and project execution.
- Conduct constructability reviews and identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Provide technical support to site teams during construction and resolve methodology-related challenges.
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Construction, HSE, and Logistics teams.
- Identify schedule constraints, execution risks, and construction bottlenecks and develop mitigation measures.
- Participate in value engineering and technical optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- Experience in large infrastructure, civil, marine, industrial, or mega-project environments.
