شركة Helmerich & Payne (H&P) تعلن عن وظيفة مدير منصة حفر (Rig Manager) في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إظهار القيم الأساسية ومعايير السلامة وفقاً لطريقة عمل H&P.
  • ضمان التشغيل الآمن للمنشأة بما في ذلك موقع العمل والمعدات والموظفين الخاضعين لإشرافه والامتثال لتشريعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • توجيه وإشراف عمل موظفي المنطقة؛ تحديد أولويات العمل وجدولة المهام؛ إجراء المقابلات والتوصية بالمرشحين؛ تقييم وتوجيه واستشارة وتدريب الموظفين التابعين والتوصية بالإجراءات الوظيفية ذات الصلة.
  • تحديد أهداف المشاريع؛ وضع خطة التشغيل بما في ذلك متطلبات القوى العاملة وفقاً لقرارات الإدارة العليا. تطوير برامج لتلبية متطلبات المنظمة.

  • فحص المنصة وتقديم تقارير عن حالتها.
  • مراقبة ظروف منصات ومعدات الحفر لضمان اتباع إجراءات الصيانة الوقائية.
  • تقييم بئر الحفر لتحديد نتائج الحفر.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل مع موظفي التشغيل في موقع النفط المؤجر.
  • إعداد تقارير للمراجعة الإدارية حول تقدم الحفر والمشكلات التشغيلية ومتطلبات المعدات.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالتدريبات المحددة على نظام WorkDay.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • 6 سنوات من الخبرة في الحفر على مستوى الإشراف.
  • الالتزام بطريقة عمل H&P وقيمها الأساسية: العناية النشطة، روح الخدمة، الروح الابتكارية، العمل الجماعي، وفعل الشيء الصحيح.
  • الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في H&P وعمليات CARE (COACH للسلامة القائمة على الأشخاص، بطاقات البوصلة، أحزمة الحياة، تحليل السلامة الوظيفية، العمل الساخن، الدخول في الأماكن المغلقة، الإغلاق/الوسم، منع سقوط الأجسام، إلخ) مع سجل مثبت.
  • القدرة على التواصل مع الشركاء/العملاء للتعامل الفعّال مع الاستفسارات وتقييم الأداء وضمان رضا العملاء بشكل عام.
  • المرونة العالية والقدرة على التكيف والتغلب على التحديات.
  • الاستعداد لتعلم وفهم تطبيق التشريعات السعودية ذات الصلة بالحفر، التزامات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، التقارير المالية والتدقيق، الهجرة، الاستيراد/التصدير/الخدمات اللوجستية، علاقات الموظفين.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في البيئات المحلية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات H&P وتقديم التوصيات للتنسيق مع المتطلبات المحلية.
  • التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates core values and safety standards according to the H&P way
  • Ensures the safe operation of the facility, including the work site, equipment and personnel that come directly under their control and complies with health, safety and environmental legislation
  • Directs and supervises work of area personnel; determines work priorities and schedules work assignments; interviews and recommends candidates; evaluates, orients, counsels, and trains subordinate personnel and recommends associated personnel action
  • Defines projects objectives; develops operating plan; including manpower requirements, in compliance with senior management decisions. Develops programs to comply with organization requirements
  • Analyzes and oversees drilling operations including safety and recommends changes in procedures to meet goals and objectives
  • Identifies, develops, and recommends revision of standards, operating procedures, and new programs to reduce operating cost and improve efficiency; provides team with clear and concise written and verbal guidelines
  • Investigates incidents, accidents and injuries and submits reports
  • Plans and directs team to erect, dismantle, and move drilling rigs
  • Plans delivery of drilling tools, fuel, water, and other supplies for use at drill site
  • Inspects rig and submits rig condition reports
  • Monitors the conditions of drilling rigs and equipment to ensure preventive maintenance procedures are followed

RIG MANAGER

  • Evaluates well bore to determine result of drilling
  • Serves as a liaison with leased oil site operating personnel
  • Prepares reports for managerial review concerning drilling progress, operational problems, and equipment requirements
  • Up to date on current WorkDay trainings as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES

  • Proficient in PC and software such as E.A.M., H&P applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Must have proven leadership skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • In conjunction with site and in country management, recommends and is responsible for implementing safety and security measures for protection of:

i. Personnel against threat or injury

ii. Intrusion or threat of intrusion by trespassers

iii. Company property and assets against loss from sources, such as fire and theft to include intellectual property and proprietary assets

iv. IT software and hardware, including guarding against IT threats, including identifying risks and seeking assistance from Corporate IT resources

  • Provides regular updates and reports and partners closely with the Operations Manager and Superintendent
  • Ensures the employee relations environment facilitates an uninterrupted supply of labor and fulfils management practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Willingness to learn and understand the application of relevant Saudi legislation as it pertains to Drilling, HSE obligations and expectations, financial reporting and audit, Immigration, Import / Export / logistics, Employee Relations
  • Ability to effectively work in indigenous environments
  • 6 years of rig drilling experience at the Supervisory level
