Role Description The Executive Director is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and educational impact of NCON Education. This hybrid position is based in the Riyadh Region, with a combination of on-site presence and some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development and execution of academic and co-curricular programs, guiding faculty and staff, and ensuring that the organization’s values of responsibility, character-building, and leadership development are embedded in all initiatives. The Executive Director will manage budgets and resources, build and maintain partnerships with families, community organizations, and educational stakeholders, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves fostering a positive, inclusive culture, leading change initiatives, and reporting regularly to the governing board on progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing teams, programs, or educational institutions.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, including the ability to design and implement long-term educational and operational plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, learners, families, and community partners.
• Background in education, educational administration, or a related field; advanced degree in education, leadership, or management is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to character development, student leadership, and holistic education that integrates real-world readiness.
• Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources responsibly, and interpret data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Experience in change management, building positive organizational culture, and leading initiatives that strengthen community engagement.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and cultural awareness, with the ability to work effectively in the Riyadh Region context and in a hybrid work environment.
