تسعى شركة Alstom، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول النقل الذكي والمستدام، إلى توظيف مدير تدريب ISR (بدوام كامل) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيلعب المرشح دوراً محورياً في ضمان نجاح حزمة التدريب الخاصة بتمديد الخط الأحمر (الخط 2) لمترو الرياض، من خلال العمل عن كثب مع فرق متعددة داخل الشركة ومع العملاء والشركاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد استراتيجية تدريب متوافقة مع العقد وتتضمن متطلبات نقل التكنولوجيا (Transfer of Technology - ToT).
- إجراء تقييم احتياجات التدريب ووضع خطط تدريب مخصصة.
- التنبؤ وتنظيم المرافق والمواد والمعدات الرقمية المطلوبة.
- تنسيق إعداد وإنتاج وتوزيع وثائق ومواد التدريب.
- تقييم المتدربين، والتحقق من المؤهلات، والحفاظ على سجلات تدريب دقيقة.
- بناء وتحديث وإدارة الجدول الزمني للتدريب.
- مراقبة الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية ومتطلبات السلامة والجودة والمشروع.
- تحديد المخاطر وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف والاسترداد.
- تتبع تكاليف التدريب واستخدام الموارد مقابل الميزانية المعتمدة.
- جمع الملاحظات وتحليل أداء التدريب لدفع التحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية أو هندسية.
- خلفية أو خبرة في أنظمة السكك الحديدية.
- خبرة في تنفيذ التدريب واستخدام أدوات التدريب.
- إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر في تصميم وتطوير وتقديم برامج التدريب (مفضلة).
- خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر في التعامل مع جهات تشغيل وصيانة المترو/الترام/المونوريل (مفضلة).
- خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر في المشاركة في مشروع نظام نقل حضري تسليم مفتاح كمدير تدريب (مفضلة).

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the ISR training package for the Riyadh Metro Line 2 (Red Line) extension. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including the customer, consortium partners, Operations and Maintenance entities, project teams, suppliers, and ISR stakeholders), oversee the development and execution of training programs, and ensure alignment with project milestones and quality standards.
You’ll specifically take care of defining the training strategy and managing the Transfer of Technology (ToT) process, but also coordinate the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of training activities.

- Defining a contract-compliant training strategy that incorporates Transfer of Technology (ToT) requirements
- Conducting training needs assessments and creating tailored training plans
- Forecasting and organizing the required facilities, materials, and digital equipment
- Coordinating the preparation, production, and distribution of training documents and materials
- Evaluating trainees, confirming qualifications, and maintaining accurate training records
- Building, updating, and managing the training schedule
- Monitoring compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and project requirements
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation and recovery actions
- Tracking training costs and resource utilization against the approved budget
- Collecting feedback and analyzing training performance to drive continuous improvement

- University or engineering degree
- Background or experience in railway systems
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations)
- Experience in training execution and the use of training tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Pedagogical skills and a transparent communication style
- Demonstrated autonomy, accountability, and organizational skills
- Proactivity, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs (10+ years preferred)
- Experience interfacing with Metro/Tram/Monorail Operations and Maintenance Entities (5+ years preferred)
- Involvement in a turnkey urban transport system project as a training manager (5+ years preferred)
