نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة والإشراف على أنشطة صيانة أبواب الرصيف عبر الخط 3، مع ضمان ممارسات العمل الآمنة، وتوفر النظام العالي، والجودة في التنفيذ، والاسترداد السريع للأعطال، والتقارير الدقيقة، والتطوير المستمر لفنيي PSD.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فنيي PSD أثناء الصيانة اليومية، والاستجابة للطوارئ، وعمليات التفتيش والاختبار واستكشاف الأعطال واستردادها.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة صيانة PSD بأمان وفقًا لقواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وبيانات الطريقة المعتمدة، ومتطلبات تصريح العمل، وتعليمات العزل، وإجراءات LOTO.
- توزيع القوى العاملة والأدوات وقطع الغيار والمركبات ومعدات الاختبار بناءً على أولويات الصيانة والمتطلبات التشغيلية وأهداف توفر الخدمة.

- ضمان جاهزية معدات الاستجابة للطوارئ وقطع الغيار الحيوية والأدوات المعايرة وقنوات الاتصال لاسترداد أعطال PSD السريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو الميكاترونكس أو الميكانيكية أو تخصص تقني مماثل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الصيانة، ويفضل أن تشمل أنظمة أبواب الرصيف في السكك الحديدية.
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف أو قيادة الفنيين أو تنسيق الفرق مفضلة.
- الكفاءة في إجراءات تصريح العمل (PTW) والعزل وLOTO وتقييم المخاطر والتقارير الفنية مطلوبة.

Purpose of the Role
Lead and supervise Platform Screen Door maintenance activities across Line 3, ensuring safe working practices, high system availability, quality execution, rapid fault recovery, accurate reporting, and continuous development of PSD technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PSD technicians during daily maintenance, emergency response, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and recovery activities.
- Ensure all PSD maintenance activities are performed safely in accordance with HSE rules, approved method statements, Permit-to-Work requirements, isolation instructions, and LOTO procedures.
- Allocate manpower, tools, spares, vehicles, and test equipment based on maintenance priorities, operational requirements, and service availability targets.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on platform screen doors, control panels, drive mechanisms, sensors, interlocks, control interfaces, and associated field equipment.
- Lead technical troubleshooting for PSD failures, support complex fault diagnosis, and escalate technical issues to Engineering with accurate evidence.
- Review completed work orders, check maintenance records, validate defect closure, and ensure maintenance reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with OCC, station operations, possession control, safety teams, planners, and other disciplines during service-impacting works and recovery interventions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, shift briefings, safety observations, and on-the-job coaching to improve technician competence, work quality, and safety behavior.
- Support incident investigation, RCA, repeated failure analysis, configuration changes, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure readiness of emergency response equipment, critical spares, calibrated tools, and communication channels for rapid PSD fault recovery.

- Diploma or bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably including railway PSD systems.
- Previous supervisory, lead technician, or team coordination experience is preferred.
- Competency in PTW, LOTO, risk assessment, and technical reporting is required.
