Role Description the Key Account Consultant (Construction Field) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building and managing strong relationships with key contractors, construction companies, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying new projects and business opportunities, understanding project requirements, recommending suitable Würth solutions, and developing effective account strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves managing key accounts throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining regular communication with key decision-makers and buyers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and business opportunities are maximized.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills, with experience managing key accounts.
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable Würth solutions.

• Achieve sales targets through effective account and sales strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
