تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة Senior Systems Engineer - SCADA Expertise and OCC في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد قواعد وإجراءات التشغيل وأنظمة CBTC واللوائح.
  • إدارة المتطلبات بما في ذلك التحسين والتتبع.
  • تحليل أداء النظام.
  • تحليل خيارات التصميم والمواصفات.
  • تطوير مفهوم السلامة/التشغيل.
  • قيادة مراجعة التصميم من منظور تشغيلي وصيانة لأنظمة SCADA وMMIS والأنظمة الفرعية ذات الصلة، وخاصة مراجعة تصميم SCADA المقدم من مقاول التصميم والبناء.
  • إعداد حالات الاختبار للتطبيق أثناء التشغيل التجريبي وقبول نظام SCADA.
  • مراجعة واعتماد حالة السلامة التشغيلية.
  • مراجعة تخطيط مركز التحكم في العمليات (OCC) وفقًا لتحليل المهام.
  • مراجعة العقد والمواصفات المقدمة من المورد لضمان مطابقتها للمتطلبات.
  • مراجعة إجراءات وخطة اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT) لضمان الامتثال للعقد.
  • الاجتماع مع مقاولي التصميم والبناء والمورد لضمان الامتثال وأن التغييرات ضمن نطاق المورد والمقاولين.
  • تسهيل والمشاركة في اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT) لنظام SCADA.
  • إعداد التقارير وطلبات المعلومات الإضافية والرسائل إلى العميل للتوضيحات التي قد تطرأ.
  • استخدام نظام إدارة الوثائق الإلكتروني (EDMS) مثل Aconex وPCM للتحكم في المستندات وتقديمها للمقاول.
  • مساعدة أعضاء فريق الأنظمة الآخرين في أنظمتهم الفرعية فيما يتعلق بالواجهة مع SCADA.
  • المساعدة في إعداد خطة الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • تدريب المهندسين المبتدئين (سعوديين).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في تشغيل مراكز التحكم في المترو (Metro Control Center Operations).
  • خبرة واسعة في التشغيل والصيانة.
  • خبرة في مشاريع كبيرة بدور مهندس أنظمة (Systems Engineer).
  • خبرة في مركز التحكم في العمليات (OCC).
  • خلفية في صناعة السكك الحديدية/المترو مطلوبة.
  • معرفة بأنظمة السكك الحديدية وERTMS وحماية الأصول وهندسة الأنظمة وتطوير التشغيل وSCADA.
  • فهم مفهوم الصيانة ومتطلبات RAMS.
  • مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة كتابةً وتحدثًا.
  • خلفية تشمل خبرة مشاريع في صناعة السكك الحديدية/المترو.
  • معرفة عملية بأنظمة CBTC وMMIS وSCADA ووظائف الشبكات.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Systems Engineer - SCADA Expertise and OCC to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparation of rules and procedures for Operations, CBTC systems and regulation.
  • Requirements management including refinement and traceability
  • System performance
  • Analyze design options and specifications
  • Development of safety/operational concept
  • Lead the design review, from an operational and maintenance perceptive, of SCADA, MMIS and related sub-systems and more specifically lead the review of the SCADA design submitted by the Design & Built Contractor
  • Test cases for implementation during the commissioning and acceptance of SCADA system.
  • Review and approval of the operational safety case.
  • Review OCC layout in accordance with the task analysis.
  • Review the contract and the specification that the supplier has given to make sure that it matches the requirements.
  • Reviewing the Factory Acceptance Test Procedure and Plans to ensure the compliance with the contract
  • Meeting with the design and build contractors and the supplier to make sure all are in compliance and changes are within the scope of the supplier and the contractors.
  • Facilitate and Participate to the Factory Acceptance Test of the SCADA system
  • Preparing reports, request for more information and letters to the client for clarifications that may arise.
  • Utilizing EDMS System (Aconex, PCM) for document control and making submittals to the contractor.
  • Assisting other Systems Team Members on their subsystems as it interfaces with SCADA.
  • Assist in preparation of Emergency Response Plan.
  • Train Junior Engineers (Saudi National)


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • With minimum of 12 years work experience in Metro Control Center Operations
  • Extensive experience in Operations and Maintenance
  • Large project experience in role of Systems Engineer
  • Operation Control Center experience
  • Rail/Metro industry background required
  • Rail Systems, ERTMS, Asset Protection, Systems Engineering, Operations development and SCADA
  • Understand maintenance concept and RAMS requirement.
  • Chartered Engineer


What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Background includes project experience in rail/metro industry
  • Working knowledge of CBTC, MMIS, SCADA and Networking Functions.
