تعلن شركة الفنار (alfanar) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس اختبار وتشغيل (Testing & Commissioning Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يعمل المهندس في مجال اختبار وتشغيل محطات الطاقة قبل مرحلتها التشغيلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد تقارير اختبار المشاريع والمعدات الجديدة، بما في ذلك التحديثات والتصحيحات.
  • توثيق حالات عدم المطابقة وجهود استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية وفقاً للمخطط المحدد.
  • التنسيق أثناء عمليات التفتيش التي يجريها العملاء وحل المشكلات الفنية.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل في الموقع للمحطات الفرعية ومحطات الطاقة.
  • اختبار وتشغيل معدات المحطات الفرعية مثل أنواع المرحّلات والمفاتيح الكهربائية والمحولات.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات السلامة أثناء الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني من خلال مراجعة مستندات التصميم قبل إصدارها.
  • المبادرة بالتحسين المستمر وحفظ السجلات بالتنسيق مع مدير القسم.
  • اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية وحفظ السجلات بالتنسيق مع مدير القسم.
  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق عمل فعال، وتقديم القيادة والتوجيه لهم.
  • تفويض المهام لكل مرؤوس وضمان التوزيع العادل للعمل للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية والتحفيز.
  • أداء الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفقاً لجداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن تكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة عن الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة وتصعيد القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات (حديث التخرج).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • منهجيات الاختبار (Testing Methodologies).
  • أدوات الاختبار (Testing Tools).
  • ضمان الجودة (Quality Assurance).

Job Purpose

Commissioning and conducting tests on the power plant prior to its operational phase.

Key Accountability Areas

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Preparing project and new equipment test reports, including updates and corrections.
  • Ensuring the documentation of non-conformances and troubleshooting efforts.

Testing and Functional Activities:

  • Conducting functional testing according to the specified scheme.
  • Testing and coordinating activities during customer inspections.
  • Resolving technical issues during power plant testing and site commissioning.
  • Executing site testing and commissioning activities.
  • Performing testing and commissioning activities related to substations or power plants.
  • Testing and commissioning substation equipment, such as various types of relays, switchgear, transformers, etc.
  • Adhering to all safety procedures during testing and commissioning.

Technical Support and Design Review:

  • Providing technical support by reviewing design documents before their release.

Quality and Process Improvement:

  • Initiating continuous improvement and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager.
  • Initiating corrective and preventive actions and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Business Process Improvements:

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
