شركة Sulzer، الشركة الهندسية الرائدة، تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية في الرياض (المنطقة الصناعية الثانية) لوظيفة مهندس تخطيط ومراقبة MRP.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

المسؤول عن التخطيط الشامل للإنتاج والمواد من خلال التنفيذ الفعال لنظام MRP، والتحكم في المخزون، والتنسيق متعدد الوظائف لضمان انسيابية الطلبات من التخطيط إلى التسليم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحقيق ≥92% من التسليم في الوقت المحدد و100% من الامتثال لأوامر المبيعات.
  • تنفيذ تخطيط MRP مع ضمان الإفراج الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لقوائم المواد وطلبات الشراء.
  • تخطيط وجدولة وإغلاق الأوامر المخطط لها وأوامر الإنتاج بما يتوافق مع التوقعات وتواريخ العملاء.
  • إدارة مسارات التصنيع وإغلاق أوامر الإنتاج لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
  • مراقبة الجداول الزمنية الشاملة للطلبات (طلب الشراء، أمر الشراء، الإنتاج، التسليم) وحل التأخيرات.
  • التنسيق مع أقسام المشتريات والتصنيع والجودة والمستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية لضمان التنفيذ السلس.
  • تحسين تدفق المخزون والمواد لدعم الإنتاج وتصفية الطلبات المتراكمة وأداء التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
  • قيادة تحسينات التخطيط الرقمي ومبادرات خفض تكلفة البضائع المباعة من خلال تحسين العمليات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في تخطيط MRP (التنفيذ الشامل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان SAP PP وMM.
  • إتقان MS Excel.
  • RFC والامتثال.
  • تخطيط الإنتاج والتحكم فيه.
  • إدارة المخزون وتحسينه.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • إدارة الوقت وتحديد الأولويات.
  • التعاون والعمل الجماعي.

About The Role

Job Summary

Responsible for end‑to‑end production and material planning through effective MRP execution, inventory control, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure smooth order flow from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve ≥92% On‑Time Delivery and 100% Sales Order Compliance.
  • Execute MRP planning, ensuring accurate and timely release of BOMs and requisitions.
  • Plan, schedule, and close planned and production orders aligned with forecasts and customer dates.
  • Manage routings and production order closures to meet operational targets.
  • Monitor end‑to‑end order timelines (PR, PO, production, and delivery) and resolve delays.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics for seamless execution.
  • Optimize inventory and material flow to support production, backlog clearance, and OTD performance.
  • Drive digital planning improvements and COGS reduction initiatives through process optimization.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-8 Years of Experience in MRP and Planning (End to end execution)
  • SAP PP and MM, MS Excel, RFC and compliance
  • Production Planning & Control
  • Inventory Management & Optimization
  • Strong Communication Skills
