نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة وإدارة مشاريع التصميم الميكانيكي لأنظمة مضخات مياه الحريق، بدءاً من مراجعة طلب البيع وحتى تسليم الإنتاج. ضمان الامتثال لمعايير أرامكو الهندسية وNFPA 20 والقوانين الأخرى ذات الصلة. تقديم القيادة الفنية في التصميم والتوثيق وتنفيذ أنظمة مضخات الحماية من الحريق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتفسير مواصفات مشاريع أرامكو ومتطلبات NFPA 20 لتطوير تصاميم مضخات مياه حريق متوافقة.
- إعداد وتقديم وثائق موجهة للعملاء تشمل رسومات مقطع المضخة، ورسومات الترتيب العام، ومخططات P&ID، والحسابات ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.
- الموافقة على وثائق المكونات المشتراة وتنسيقها للمحركات، والوصلات، والأختام، وعلب التروس، والصمامات، ومحركات الديزل.
- التعاون مع فريق الأجهزة لضمان التكامل السليم لأنظمة التحكم والمراقبة في نظام الحريق.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في تصميم المضخات الطاردة المركزية، مع التركيز على أنظمة مياه الحريق.
- فهم جيد لتصميم وتشغيل المضخات الأفقية والرأسية.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير NFPA 20 وAPI ومواصفات أرامكو الهندسية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج Autodesk (AutoCAD، Inventor)، Siemens NX، وTeamcenter.
- خبرة في استخدام SAP لإدارة قوائم المواد وتتبع المشاريع.

About The Role
Job Summary
Lead and manage mechanical design projects related to fire water pump systems, from sales order review to production handover. Ensure compliance with Aramco engineering standards, NFPA 20, and other applicable codes. Provide technical leadership in the design, documentation, and execution of fire protection pumping systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret Aramco project specifications and NFPA 20 requirements to develop compliant fire water pump designs.
- Prepare and deliver customer‑facing documents including Pump Cross Section drawings, General Arrangement drawings, P&ID diagrams, and when required, relevant calculations.
- Approve and coordinate buyout component documentation for motors, couplings, seals, gearboxes, valves, and diesel engines.
- Collaborate with instrumentation team to ensure proper integration of fire system controls and monitoring.
- Generate and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP ERP.
- Liaise with customers, Aramco representatives, and sub-suppliers to ensure design alignment and approvals.
- Support cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Quality, Testing) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide commissioning support and troubleshooting for fire pump systems at site or on test bed.
- Prepare and submit design calculations and technical reports for client and regulatory approval.
- Ensure designs meet safety, reliability, and performance standards required for fire protection systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in centrifugal pump design, with a focus on fire water systems.
- Moderate understanding of both horizontal and vertical pump design and operation.
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA 20, API standards, and Aramco engineering specifications.
- Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Inventor), Siemens NX, & Teamcenter.
- Experience with SAP for BOM and project tracking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and interface with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
