شركة سولزر (Sulzer)، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الهندسة والابتكار، تبحث عن عامل / فني إنتاج للانضمام إلى فريقها في الجبيل، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تجميع واختبار وفحص المنتجات لضمان مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة والسلامة، ودعم عملية التصنيع ضمن بيئة عمل تعاونية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع واختبار المنتجات وفقاً للمواصفات.
- فحص المنتجات النهائية للكشف عن العيوب والإبلاغ عنها.
- صيانة وتنظيف معدات الإنتاج.
- اتباع معايير السلامة والجودة.
- توثيق أنشطة الإنتاج ونتائج الاختبارات.
- المساعدة في حل المشكلات والصيانة الأساسية.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مطلوب تدريب مهني أساسي أو خبرة عمل معادلة، بالإضافة إلى خبرة تصل إلى سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ميكانيكية وتقنية أساسية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على اتباع التعليمات.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق.
- الإلمام بإجراءات السلامة والجودة.
- الاستعداد للتعلم والنمو في بيئة تصنيعية.

This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.
This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and test products according to specifications.
Inspect finished goods for defects and report issues.
Maintain and clean production equipment.
Follow safety and quality standards.
Document production activities and test results.
Assist in troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Skills & Qualifications
May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.
Basic mechanical and technical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with safety and quality procedures.
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
