المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير خطط المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والتقديرات ومراقبة التقدم مقارنةً بالمراحل الرئيسية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والتعاقد خلال تنفيذ المشروع.
- التنسيق مع الموردين ومتابعة المستلزمات وأنشطة المشتريات وتسليم المواد إلى الموقع.
- إدارة التنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع ضمن الجدول الزمني والميزانية ومعايير الجودة المطلوبة.
- تعزيز وحل المشكلات الفنية وتقديم التوصيات لإدارة المشروع.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية مع العملاء والموردين، بما في ذلك مراجعات HAZOP و P&ID و النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد، وضمان إغلاق الإجراءات في الوقت المحدد.
- تنسيق إعداد وإصدار وثائق المشروع بما في ذلك المواصفات والخطط وأوامر الشراء ومخرجات التخصصات الأخرى.
- مراجعة أوامر العطاءات والتقييمات الفنية والجداول والتوصيات الخاصة بترسية المعدات والمواد.
- تحديد ومراقبة ومتابعة تغييرات المشروع، وضمان المعالجة السليمة لأوامر التغيير المحتملة وآثارها على المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة الإنتاج، وإدارة التعاملات اليومية مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية، وإجراء مراجعات أسبوعية للمشروع، وتعزيز ممارسات إدارة المشروع الفعالة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة؛ يُفضل التخصص في إدارة المشاريع.
- شهادة PMP.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في قطاع الطاقة والبنية التحتية أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ إدارة المشاريع وأدوات التخطيط.
- مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في العمل مع العملاء والموردين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية والتفاوض.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ودعم المهام الدولية.
- مهارات فعالة في اتخاذ القرار والعمل الجماعي والتنسيق.

About The Role
Job Summary
The Project Engineer will be responsible for the technical execution and successful delivery of pumping system projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, estimates, and monitoring progress against milestones.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers while tracking deliverables, procurement activities, and material deliveries to site.
- Manage interdisciplinary coordination to achieve project objectives within schedule, budget, and required quality standards.
- Promote and coordinate the resolution of technical issues and provide recommendations to Project Management.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers, including HAZOP, P&ID, and 3D Model Reviews, ensuring timely closure of actions.
- Coordinate the preparation and issuance of project documentation, including specifications, plans, requisitions, and other discipline deliverables.
- Review bid requisitions, technical evaluations, tabulations, and recommendations for equipment and material awards.
- Identify, control, and monitor project changes, ensuring proper processing of potential change orders and project impacts.
- Support Production activities, manage day-to-day interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, conduct weekly project reviews, and promote effective project management practices.
- BSc or MSc in Engineering; Project Management specialization preferred.
- PMP Certification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and support international assignments.
- Effective decision-making, teamwork, and coordination skills.
