Sulzer، شركة هندسية رائدة ذات تاريخ عريق في الابتكار، تبحث عن فني صيانة ميكانيكية (Maintenance Mechanic) للعمل في الجبيل، السعودية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن صيانة وإصلاح الآلات الصناعية والأنظمة الميكانيكية لضمان موثوقية المعدات وكفاءة التشغيل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات الميكانيكية.
  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية وتوثيق النتائج.
  • استبدال أو تصنيع القطع حسب الحاجة.
  • صيانة الأدوات وضمان ظروف عمل آمنة.
  • التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لتقليل وقت التوقف.
  • تدريب ودعم الفنيين المبتدئين.
  • اتباع إجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • تدريب مهني (أو خبرة معادلة) وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في دور مماثل مطلوب.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • كفاءة ميكانيكية قوية ومهارات تشخيص متقدمة.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع الآلات والأدوات الصناعية.
  • القدرة على قراءة الكتيبات الفنية والمخططات.
  • معرفة لوائح السلامة وإجراءات الصيانة.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق.

About The Role

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This role performs complex diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and document findings.
  • Replace or fabricate parts as needed.
  • Maintain tools and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Train and support junior mechanics.
  • Follow safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Vocational training (or equivalent experience) and relevant work experience in a similar role required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with industrial machinery and tools.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
