نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم شاغل الوظيفة بأعمال المستودع الروتينية بما في ذلك استلام وتخزين وشحن البضائع، بالإضافة إلى التوصيل. تتطلب الوظيفة التعامل الدقيق مع المخزون والالتزام بالإجراءات القياسية، وتعمل تحت إشراف مباشر مع اتخاذ قرارات أصغر/أبسط بشكل مستقل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام وفحص البضائع الواردة والتحقق من مطابقتها لسجلات الشحن.
  • انتقاء وتغليف وتجهيز العناصر للشحن.
  • تسجيل حركات المخزون والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.
  • تنظيم وتخزين المواد في المواقع المخصصة داخل المستودع.
  • اتباع إجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.
  • المساعدة في جرد المخزون وعمليات التدقيق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • تدريب مهني (أو خبرة معادلة) مع خبرة عملية تصل إلى سنتين.
  • فهم أساسي لعمليات المستودعات.
  • القدرة على اتباع التعليمات والإجراءات القياسية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
  • القدرة البدنية على رفع وتحريك المواد.

About The Role

Job Summary

Responsible for performing routine warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, including delivery. This role ensures accurate handling of inventory and compliance with standard procedures. This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods and verify against shipment records.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
  • Record inventory movements and maintain accurate logs.
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Follow safety and operational procedures.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Vocational training (or equivalent experience) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items.
